Solid food. The al pastor tacos are good, but not my favorite. The tamales are really good, although the green chili is just spciy without having much flavor.

I'm not an expert on "authentic " Mexican food, but i can safely say this the only place in all of boulder that has good Mexican food.i think it's worth mentioning They won people's choice last year for best food truck and best Mexican food. I get the big daddy burrito and it's always good. Really nice spice (for me) without having to add any hot sauce to it. I don't know how it's **supposed ** to be made and i don't really care. It tastes great and is a big burrito for 11$. Most other places in boulder for an entree of anything starts at 14$. They also make their own aqua Frescas which are also good.

This might be the most bland Mexican food I have ever eaten. The texture of the sauce they smothered the burrito in was similar to the phlegm that gets coughed up in the early morning hours. The lack of drink choices in the cooler summed up an already abysmal experience. I would like to tell you that the service made up for the lackluster food, but it didn't. The guy seemed disinterested in serving the customers I observed him interacting with as well as myself. Overall I have to recommend you drive by and not waste your time or money here.

Wonderful food! The affordable price makes it even better. No proper & fancy seating. If you just want to get good food, come here!

Most amazing food ever and they have some of the best customer service you can find in Boulder! Can’t wait to eat there again

I’m not a fan of most of the food trucks that frequent Boulder. This is an exception. The tacos are great and I love the breakfast burritos, incredible value and they keep great in the fridge for tomorrows lunch too. Also the crispy giant burrito is really good. Service is always great, they’re friendly and fast even during the lunch hour.

Everything they make is delicious.the only place I’ve found lengua tacos in town.Breakfast burritos with fresh tomato!Seriously check this place out.

Veggie breakfast burrito had a soggy filling where you couldn’t distinguish the individual ingredients from one another. The vegetables, egg, potato and cheese were all a single mush. On the plus side, my partner’s beef asada burrito was good. Would have liked to have seeing the staff wearing masks.

This is the second food truck I've ordered pork adobada tacos from that doesn't make them adobada. The tacos were just pieces of ground pork. That is NOT an adobada taco.I also decided to sample the asada burrito. I do not know what cut of beef they used but it was definitely not steak. It much more resembled and tasted like rehydrated dog food.I was very dissatisfied, the prices are also a little high for a food truck using the quality of ingredients they are.Overall, very bad and misleading.

It's food I suppose. Boulder is not very cultured and doesn't have very many, if any, authentic Mexican restaurants. That said, I wasn't a fan of this food truck. The food was mediocre at best, however the service was great. The portions were also pretty generous but our food was relatively flavorless.I would say it's ok for being a Mexican food truck located in Boulder. You can drive out 10-15 minutes on HWY36 and get a much better taste.
