Great flavor, not too expensive, and very friendly people. Skip the big chains and give this place a try. The food was prepared fast, and was ready to eat right there on the spot. Boulder unfortunately has a history of restricting food trucks in the downtown area, but I'm glad they let this place set up shop. Muy auténtico and muy good! I wanted to go back the next day and get the exact same thing again, it was that tasty. Try the green sauce while you're there, it's great!
This is BY FAR the best food truck in the Boulder area. The food is authentic and there are so many delicious different options. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, ect, you can’t go wrong! Not only is the food amazing, but the service is great. All who work there are very nice and make sure you have the best experience possible. I would highly recommend trying Lonchera Los Paisas, you will not regret it!

Delicious and authentic Mexican food truck! This is a hidden gem in Boulder and I highly recommend it. My favorites are the al pastor and pollo tacos. If you drive by 15th and Canyon and see this truck, don’t pass it up!!
This is the best taco truck I’ve found in Colorado. Paolo’s Al Pastor tacos are the truest the best around with the flavor. The people are all so incredibly sweet and make going always a lovely experience from start to finish.

These tacos are unreal!???if you like tacos at all this is an absolute must try for anyone living in Boulder or just passing through! Cannot beat the price either! Been here three times already this week!
Awesome food. Might wanna wait until around 1 when all the highschool students are back in class to visit though otherwise you might be waiting a while. I'll be back for sure.
