Service witha smile our group was large so I can understand the delay but good food, good parking
The food was freaking delicious. I have never experienced better dumplings. The naan was so soft and flavorful, and the potato and onion breads were perfection. We were thoroughly impressed by the Ngotsel Nanzom. The portion sizes were great for the price, more than we could eat. Awesome service with a comfy, pleasant atmosphere.
Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - flavor profile is focused on acidity and spiciness so very different from other food we have. Rice was tough and not cooked all the way through but was herbed/spiced so it had interesting flavorsSampler MOMOs had thick dumpling wrapper The fillings are similar so we weren't quite sure which was which. The sauce was very spicy so it masks all flavors as wellShaptak is sliced beef wok fried with peppers in a spicy sauce. And indeed it was extremely spicy! Unfortunately, the cuts of meat were uneven which makes cooking it consistently difficult so there were some tough pieces. Bell peppers were also super uneven with two abnormally large piecesPork with mixed vegetables was with pork belly so it was very queasy. They do vegetables very well, but not the meat unfortunatelyAmbience: N/A - nicely decorated but we ordered food to goService: 5/5 - polite and quick service. Her quote of 20 minutes was fairly accurate. The to go food was very hot and was still warm when we ateValue for price: 2/5 - interesting to try as it's a different flavor profile than we're used to. Too salty and spicy for our enjoyment and not balanced.
My family was excited to try on a Friday night but it DISAPPOINTS. We watched table after table get courses of food before our drink order. Kitchen was overwhelmed. I get it. But we waited OVER an hour and still no food. We told them we we’re leaving and they offered no apology or comps. Never again.
Very bad service experience. I tried to eat here with my dad the other night after I had tried some of my friend's take out a couple months ago. We had only heard good things about this place. Since we were going on a Saturday, we called ahead and made a reservation for 6:30. When we got to the restaurant, there were maybe a total of 10 people in there, very empty and very quiet. We waited at the door until an employee pointed at a table for us. We sat for a while until a server came by and asked us if we were dinning in. We said yes and he informed us it would take an hour to get food. Seriously?! When we asked why, he responded by simply saying they had to-go orders. We left. A COMPLETE JOKE of service. Very disappointed.
Ordered the bread sampler, momo sampler, and entrees and everything was delicious. Our waiter Kaisang brought some phenomenal chai tea out for us and was attentive and helped us have a great meal. Definitely coming back.

So we've ordered from here many times and it was great, but tonight I went to pick it up and it 1. took 15 minutes longer to be ready then we were told, 2. the food leaked in the bag spilling on my pants and jacket when I picked it up, 3. one of the rice containers was missing, 4. the brown rice container was half full and 5. one of the dishes that was supposed to have garlic was missing it, and salt, entirely. We won't be ordering again from here for a while. Very disappointed and frustrated.
Great food but terrible customer service, the waiter was focused on takeout orders and neglected the people at tables. If you want to sit be prepared to wait and bring your patience. Also, they use Tide to wash napkins, small detail but I could taste it when I wiped my mouth…
This used to be my all time favorite Indian spot. I would eat here almost weekly but lately, the chicken tikka masala tastes like you’re eating spaghettios. I’m not sure what happened over the past few months but the flavor has definitely changed. Please bring the old recipes back!
