Although the food was very filling and tasty, I would like to focus this review on customer service. The owner of the deli, presumably Lindsay, came out to greet us personally and politely offered to make a new dish for my friend. Apparently the dish she ordered would be more wrap than substance, so Lindsay offered to switch it for us. This was incredibly considerate. After that, Lindsay further offered us free ice cream for the "wait"(which was barely 10 minutes). Her kindness was unprompted, and a pleasant surprise. Overall the experience was incredibly respectful and polite. I recommend both for the food and service
Homemade soup (chicken noodle hit the spot) get there early for all the selections! My partner had a tricked out egg salad sandwich that she said was tasty (bacon, chz, sprouts). No photos as we ate it so fast!
Delicious & Delightful! Got the “That’s What She Said” and it was so good! Lindsay, the owner, is super nice. Definitely got to check it out! I will enjoy again but need to add an ice cream shake next time.
Girl taking order was horrible! Took my order. Said I “wanted a small.” Her reply was we only have 2 sizes. …..what kind of response was that??? Then got my order wrong. She was very offended when I told her it was wrong.I too am an owner in the F&B business. If one of my employees acted and spoke to customers that way….they’d be done! Hey owner of Lindsay’s. Is this acceptable?
Expensive prices, $13 after tax for a regular sandwich, not a sub, just a small sandwich. It was their 1/4 lb meat option (smaller one). It took over 20 minutes for me to get it. They also rang up my order wrong so that's also cool.It wasn't because there wasn't enough workers, there was like 6 or so making sandwiches, it was a decent rush but then there ended up being 10+ people waiting. I'm really not sure what was going on. Seemed chaotic and lack of organization. I was of course in a hurry but guess I'll have to find another shop for quick sammy next time I'm in town. Didn't give a 1 star because people make mistakes and seems like they're getting spammed but operation there needs an overhaul
Great service. Fresh, delicious, great service awesome. Restaurant was clean and delightful. Right on the corner where you could watch all the people on Pearl Street in absolute perfect place for a snack
I’ve been coming here everyday for a bit. Today was so bad. The sandwich I had, had burnt bacon— a flavor that makes me gag. In fact, I threw up everywhere. So mad. I’ve been loving this place, but now I won’t come back.!
This little Deli I can say has the best homemade and original flavored soups that I've ever tasted. I just experienced the mind blowing buffalo chicken soup and I can say it might be better than my grandma's. I've also been there many times and have always experienced great food. The staff always seems to be really Friendly and hard-working, and I also really appreciate the fact that the owner her self works a lot of the time on the food line and helps her employees And I think that has a lot to say about the character of the place. She is extremely friendly and you can tell runs a very good business. Highly recommend!
Everyone was so nice! Came in from the cold for a caprese sandwich and tomato basil soup and both were super delicious. The pickle served with the sandwich was honestly one of the best pickles my partner and I have had and we eat a lot of pickles. Highly recommend! Immaculate vibes and a great place to people watch from the window - to the guy in the brown jacket that slipped on ice in the road, we thought you recovered perfectly - glad you're okay!
Best workers on pearl street, they have helped me out so much, my house unfortunately burned down in the Marshall fire and they have been so nice to me and my family welcoming me into this community in boulder. It is my favorite place in boulder. On top of all the amazing staff, they make some really good food. Great, clean, environment. I can't thank this place enough.
