Clean with lots of seating and a huge menu! Parking is hard to find but there are some small lots and street parking too. They sell slush, yogurt, punch, and milk tea drinks.
I went in for first time today. The sesame matcha I ordered, had boba that were slimy and formless in it. It made the beverage undrinkable. I came back about ten minutes later, and asked to have my drink remade. I paid around $6.50 for my first drink, and requested a mango green tea with popping boba, in exchange for my original drink. I was given a plain mango tea, with no boba, and it was only 3/4 full. I just don’t understand why I paid $6.50 for an iced tea that’s not even full, when I obviously came to a boba shop to get boba. Very disappointed. I had no desire to pay such a steep price for iced tea.
I've only had the Strawberry Milk slush with bubbles but it is delicious! Clean place and nice employees.

Large selection and consistently good bubble tea. They have lots of variations so east to find a favorite or try something new. Order ahead for faster service.
Ordered Boba today at work for me and the crew. This is what came in the delivery. 3 fruit flavored beverages, all cross contaminated with coffee, because someone didn't use the correct spoon/utensil when making the drinks. This is after the deliver came with no straws. How does one drink a Boba tea without a straw?After the delivery came with no straws, I called and posed that question to the manager that was on duty. He offered a free drink for my inconvenience of having to leave work to pick up straws. I left my name when I picked the straws up for a free beverage next time I was in. When I got back to work, I took my first sip of the Caribbean slush with grape flavored popping bubbles, and it was a horrible flavor combo of passion fruit, guava, grape and coffee. I called back and spoke to the manager again, explaining what happened, and was offered to replace the drinks if I could pick them up. Having paid for delivery charges already, I asked if he could send them put to be delivered and I was told that it couldn't be done because they use doordash to take their deliveries from online orders. So then I asked for a refund on the drinks in question, and was told I'd get a call back regarding this issue. Roughly 4 hours later, I still have not received a call. However, a full refund was issued within 24 hours. So not only do the sanitation/cross contamination practices fail in the establishment, so do the customer service practices. Such a disappointment, considering we order from them between 3 and 5 times a week. Sad to say, but I think this will be the last time I patronized this business. ?Look at the murky color of the Caribbean slush on the right. Not only does it look gross, but it tastes awful. So frustrating.
Staff is awesome and everyone is so nice. I recommend everyone to get the oolong milk tea

Been to this place a couple of times but my last three purchases haven’t been great. My most recent order was the classic Kung Fu Tea and the tea tasted diluted and hardly had any flavour of tea. Unfriendly staff.
