It was Nebalese food. They had the buffet open so we try it. It was good food and tasty. However they were running out of food and we had to wait for a long time to bring the food. It took us 2 hours to eat there! IT supposed to be fast when you eat buffet style. Even our waiter we had to call him several times to get what we needed (like drinks) and were keep saying that the food is out but still take forever to replace it! The prices were OK.

The buffet lunch is a good option considering they have decent options in both vegetarian and meat sections. Few of the vegetarian items tasted good whereas few were outright bland and lacked spicyness. The desserts were the best part with mango custard and rice pudding stealing the show.

Loved the food. I didn’t expect the food to be that good in Bolder CO. Also, buffet food usually not that good but Kathmandu’s food surprisingly well cooked.

We like the buffet. Four star ranking because our party had a few Kids whom said the staff kept telling them not to take to much food....I will parent my kids you guys make the food and clean up. Next time I may rate you with Five stars.Tip* Correct the parents when children over serve them selves and leave uneaten meals. Do it afterwards with the person paying in a respected family style. Kids contemplating do we go back there?

Great food and great lunch buffet. This is my favorite Indian Buffet in Boulder. Always great.

Seems the food at the evening buffet is probably what's leftover from lunch (makes sense to do), but it's quite dried out, naan was a bit hard, other stuff was lackluster, mostly from either overcooked or dried under the warming lights since lunch time. I've heard the lunch buffet is really good, so the food is probably fresh then. I'll try again and see. My experiences at the Nederland location have all been positive, so I don't hesitate to give this one another shot. For now, it's three stars.

I wanted to love this buffet because they're difficult to find right now but it just didn't stack up as well at others I've had. I would like to be more specific but overall, the dishes just weren't as flavorful and delicious as others. 3/5 normally but I'm adding a star for to it being the only Nepalese buffet I could find.

The Buffet is AMAZING. I tried every dish and no one disappointed me. Was my first time with indian food and i think I'm in love.Plus... Is just 10usd and you can eat as much as you want... something better than that? I don't think so.

The all you can eat lunch buffet here is a great deal-- good food at a fair price. However, the rice is not evenly cooked and the naan is a little dry. A great value restaurant overall.

A local spot - a Boulder staple! Don’t hesitate to stop in and enjoy Kathmandu. The original restaurant is located in Nederland and this location is a wonderful addition to the cuisine of Boulder.I’m not much of a buffet person, especially during Covid-times, but Kathmandu is the exception!! Highly recommend their buffet, every dish you will try is delicious and fresh made. The tiki masala is amazing, and their curries are fantastic! The staff is extremely friendly and will remember you for stopping in! Support this Boulder staple and enjoy some delicious food. They have a great outside patio and cozy inside seating. Highly recommend.
