Placed an order online at this location and we have been waiting an hour and a half. The store employees just keep saying they got a $500 catering order that they are working on and it will be a second. Our ice is melting in the back of our car because that second turned into an hour on top of the 30 minutes and we thought we had enough time to run to the store for our camping trip. Every time the staff is asked how long it will take they will not give a response besides just a second and that they have another catering order. Extremely poor management that they have everyone waiting inside this store for their food while they complete catering orders instead of having one person process other orders. It took having to ask for a refund for them to finally make our sandwiches within minutes. Will not be coming back here again.
Got a 8” BLT from them for $10, fast service, nice staff, easy parking, and a tasty sandwhich.It was supper chaotic in there though, and pretty messy. They layout was strange too and it had people bumping into eachother.They have a nice outdoor area to eat though which is nice.
It took over an hour to get my sandwich and then when I called to ask the status, the employee didn’t ask my name or order number just “yeah it’s on its way” and hung up. Extremely disappointed.
The sandwich was terrible. The bread was hard. The bacon was soggy and they only gave me two slices for a 6-inch BLT. The tomatoes were mushy and not fresh. The lettuce was brown. The sandwich was so dry there was hardly any mayonnaise on it.
It's Jimmy John's, a real good sandwich place and every one of the franchises have a consistent and amazing quality, this one is no different. They're fast and everything (of course) tastes great!
Excellent Jimmy John's restaurant. No problems with ordering or quality of food. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Ample parking. Not enough room for big strollers or big groups. Limited outdoor seating.
Usually the people in there are super friendly and good to the consumer. With the service. I went in there today forgot my wallet an when I came back in I was rudely asked what do you need again , what else do you want with a attitude. Just cause your having a bad day you don't need to take out on other people with a rude tone. I come here often and won't be back here again because of this. You guys lost yourself a costumer.
Absolutely ridiculous. Several times over the last couple months they closed early with no notification, no sign, nothing. The workers were just sitting inside chatting and the door was locked and the lights were on. I keep getting told they close early sometimes. This was the 18th time since late November that they haven't honored their hours and had no notification, no sign, nothing. You obviously have workers if they are sitting there chatting. Why can't you serve customers ? Do not come here after 5 or 6 pm, odds are they closed early so the workers can chat with one another.
I ordered delivery and when the driver came to the door all I smelled was cigarette smoke. The bag my food was in smelled so bad that when I touched it my hands smelled of cigarettes and I had to wash my hands multiple times. My drinks were also full of cigarette smell. It was so DISGUSTING. I had to dump my drinks in separate glasses. I can’t believe they’d allow that as a delivery driver let alone near food. Last time ordering delivery from this Jimmy Johns.
