Such a hidden gem!! I was very impressed with this place. The pizzas were delicious (we got Lamb Pepperoni and Eggplant), the tap wall was neat, the server was attentive, and the price was very reasonable (we happened to arrive right during happy hour). I'm so sad that I don't live in boulder, or else I would go there every day. On second thought, maybe it's good that I don't live nearby or else pizza every day would the end of me. Regardless, highly recommend this for all Boulder locals and visitors!

My first experience dining in at Fringe was good. That was months ago. We just picked up food here and it was terrible. There appetizers looked extremely small from pictures...I should've trusted my gut on that. The stuffed olives were $9 and I got about 9 tiny, Kalamata olives. I expected them to be at least stuffed green olives which are larger in size and a much better option. Our pizza wasn't even cut into slices and the dough was chewy... The dough really needs to be improved.Pretty fed up. Definitely will not be returning.

Wow this place is amazing. I thought I'd had the best pizza in Boulder but I was wrong. This place is my new go-to for quality pizza. We got the Sweet heat and the Lamb pepperoni and both were awesome. Started with the crab cakes and ended with the bread pudding and words can't express how perfect those were. I'd highly recommend giving it a try.

I can't say enough great things about this restaurant. Outstanding service, fabulous wood-fired pizza, and a spectacular beer list. Anyone looking for a great pizza in the Boulder area, definitely try this place!

We really liked this place. The staff was very friendly and we were seated right away. They had a good selection of beer on tap and the pizza favors were pretty unique. We would come back again.

Surprisingly great flavors! The Fried Olives were a tasty treat. The Mozzarella Al Forno was good, though could've used more mozzerella. The Prosciutto, Pecirono, & Arugula Pizza was fantastic and fun to cut sliceswith scissors! And, their Chocolate Panna Cotta was nice finisher. The place had a clean, modern, relaxed atmosphere. Their drink choices were expensive, yet so-so. The wait staff did an excellent job!

This was the best food I’ve probably eaten in boulder. Such a cute vibe and the yummiest pizza. We had like six appetizers and every single one was a 10/10! Great service and delicious everything! Veggie pizza ???

The food was fabulous and the services amazing ?

It was our last night visiting Boulder so we decided to check out this place near where we were staying rather than deal with parking downtown on a Saturday night. What a find! It's very casual. The online photos show taps along the wall which seemed cool, however COVID-19 restrictions wouldn't allow for us to serve ourselves. They have a reasonably priced 4-beer flight to try the tap selections. We shared a Smoked Pork "appetizer" -- no wonder they call the portion "for the table" -- it was quite large and came with plenty of bread. ($14) We split a Lamb Pepperoni pizza ($14) which had lots of spicy pepperoni on the perfectly cooked Naples-style pizza. When the General Manager TJ found out that it was our anniversary, she brought us a large scoop of the most amazing black pepper ice cream with crunchy/sweet pecans and a tart sherry gastrique. Truly elevated food in an unassuming place. The friendly service from Ally made it a special evening. I just wish I lived closer so I could try the rest of the menu.

Great place to hang for a while with some of the best neapolitan pizza I've had. The staff was super friendly and fun to talk to. I get the vibes people love what they do here which makes the food even more enjoyable. The beer choices also help ?
