I ordered Italian strawberry soda, breakfast burrito, and a Carmel latte. They all were good. The atmosphere in this place is positive and the service was excellent. My overall experience with everything was tremendous.

Fast service. Very good. Always like finding the little coffee shops. Perfect hot latte.

Love this little coffee shop!! The employees are always extremely sweet whenever I comeIn and have great recommendations. I love their unique coffee combos and flavors and definitely will keep coming back to try more!

Friendly and fast service and good coffee drink options. Had the cold brew special and it was delicious.

Flatiron Coffee has the best chai lattes! Stopping here was the best start to our weekend, and the service was absolutely incredible!

Friendly staff and great coffee. My mum had a hot honey pot latte and I had an iced…both tasted great and I wish I hadn’t only been visiting Boulder so that I could come in more often!! Definitely recommend.

I usually love this place... but they're still requiring masks be worn. If you value your freedom, go to Brewing Market around the corner by McGuckins if you'd like to make your own decisions.

The staff are nice and the shop has plenty of space, however the coffee is not great. I ordered the nitro cold brew and it tasted like burnt Folgers. Unfortunately for me, they have a "no returns, refunds or replacements" policy so I am stuck with a $6.50 cup of motor oil. I'll try to choke it down for the caffeine rush and because I'm not a quitter, but I'm not thrilled about it. Also, the internet isn't working but if you are an xfinity, they get pretty good service here. The other people here seem to enjoy their drinks so maybe just stay away from the cold brew.

We love Flatiron we always stop here after lunch at flower child across the street. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and i have never had a complaint about my drink! Three different chai teas leaves something for every ste of chai preference even half and half mixes of two!! Add in the fact that they carry Mame's burritos and it's a well rounded coffee shop experience!!!

I've been a regular customer here for about 7 years. After my experience today I won't be going again. While we were waiting for them to make my girlfriend's drink I pulled down my mask to take a sip of my coffee. Before I'd even finished taking a sip one of the employees scolded me and asked me to keep my mask on while in the store. I pointed out that I was drinking the beverage they'd just sold me, and she said that if I wanted to drink I could go to the other side of the room. There was another customer sitting at a table without a mask on not much more than an arms length away from me when this happened. Based on reading reviews that describe experiences similar to mine, I'm left to conclude that the employees here (I can't serisouly call them baristas) are two things: very eager to assert their own self-righteousness, and not of the highest level of intelligence. It follows that the owners/management of this place either are oblivious to how their employees treat loyal customers or are complicit in this practice of alienating patrons through mask policing. I'll gladly support your competition from now on. By the way, I'm fully vaccinated and not an anti-masker or whatever. This happened the day before Boulder dropped their mask mandate, lol.Edit: It occurred to me that there's a third possibility, and that is the owners/managers engage in mask policing because they are genuinely concerned for their safety and/or the safety of their employees. If this is the case I am only left to conclude that the owners are also not incredibly intelligent folk, since instead of creating a situation where they willingly alienate more and more of their own long-time customers they could simply set up their store to be window service like in the early days of the pandemic. What other reason could there be that they don't realize that their deliberate and needless rudeness will be remembered long after the pandemic is over and their previous customers will support their competition? Surely they know that their customers would understand their desire to keep themselves and their employees safe while still providing polite service. Or maybe they don't know. Maybe they just aren't mentally tenacious enough to understand that people don't like paying for rude service.
