Staff was indifferent. I arrived for a pick up order and it was past the time the app told me it would be ready. Had to wait for fries. Like ten minutes. I mean for a place that makes burgers and fries, there should be better kitchen timing and communication. DoorDashers should avoid this location. They will basically treat you like you don’t matter.

Greasy fatty food with tons of salt & overpriced. Ordered a cheeseburger and small fry. There was so much grease in the food that it seeped through the bag got all over my car seat in less than 5 minutes. Will never return
Had a decent hotdog. I love that they have all you can eat peanuts. Kids that work there are friendly and the service is fairly quick. Takes longer than fast food but they cook it for you. It’s worth the wait.
The French fries are so yummy! My granddaughter really loved playing with the peanut shells. I know their burgers are delicious too but I haven't had one in a while.

The burgers were good, but $28 for two burgers and a large fry (way over salted - we didn’t even eat them) is way too much. That’s like $9 for inedible fries! Lame.

Probably one of the best mid-tier burger restaurants in Boulder. Large burgers, feels like good value for the money. Good ingredients, and condiments, a bit greasy, but wonderful when hot. Fries are good too.
Restaurant was busy on a Friday evening, however, we asked politely to receive items that we had ordered over 30 min ago. Despite eating in person our order was out-prioritized by online orders and pick up drivers. After asking 3 times we were offered extra items that instead of a reimbursement but still did not receive order. Will not be coming again
Five Guys has been my favorite burger joint since I ate at the original location in Arlington, VA in 1990. They have fantastic hamburgers, and their Cajun fries are a treat. Finish it off with a shake and you will have a great meal.
