I tried to order online and get the free iced coffee but I could not figure out how. When I just ordered bagels and showed up I asked the lady working politely if I could get the iced coffee anyways and she said no so I asked how to order it on the app and she just said “I don’t know” and turned around and ignored me. Everyone who works here is rude, always.
I havent been to an Einsteins in awhile, employee told me they dont carry cream cheeses anymore, so zero reason for me to shop at any Einstein bagels anymore. As far as this store, one of the worst desiged entrance ive ever seen, trying to find away in and park is like pulling teeth, that of course could be city's fault. Biggest issue though is no more salmon "schmear" -ie cream cheese so Einsteins will get no business from me. Employees are great, no issues there, give them a raise and bring back the salmon cream cheese.
This location is a little trick to access but otherwise it's great. Staff is always friendly and attentive. I like the varied menu items Einstein Bros. offers. Food quality is consistently high at this establishment. Definitely recommend.
Sure food is fine, but ordered two things and was given only one. This has happened to me several times now at the store where they forget either an item in my order or my coffee and I end up spending more than I get.
The guy taking the orders was very friendly and they were busy but the food came out quickly and it was very good. We live in Colorado Springs and were visiting for a funeral but we would definitely go back if we lived closer. Great job!
After waiting for 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a plain bagel with cream cheese we were finally handed a bag. I asked the worker if it was for Laura and he said yes. We headed home only to have to go back because the order was wrong. When we told the manager working there he told us that we grabbed the wrong bag. After informing him that we were given the bag by an employee he failed to offer any sort of apology. This was a terrible experience all around. They took forever, made an error and proceeded to blame us. I don’t know how they could have even managed to be worse.
Quick, delicious, clean, excellent customer service and a BEAUTIFUL view. What more could you ask for? The customer service was also fantastic!

Will never return to this location and will be reporting to corporate. Serving uncooked hash browns is dangerous. The hash browns were literally cold upon touch.
Ordered a Deli Turkey and Cheddar and a Tasty Turkey Sandwich to go and first they gave my partner someone else's order He returned it and got our order and we headed off to a picnic spot. Unfortunately the Turkey and Cheddar had no cheddar. :( Still the sandwiches were good, but would like what I ordered to come with everything as advertised.
