Just called to check on an order, we are 3 minutes away, and unable to commute to the store. Ordered over an hour ago, and the manager/store employees have given different accounts on when our order will arrive. Store “manager” if that’s what you’d call him was very short with me, then hung up during the conversation. Makes you think how they are treating our food if this is how they treat their customers. Horrible customer service, no effort

This is the absolute worst Domino’s location I’ve ever ordered from. Multiple orders either completely wrong or they’re really stingy with their toppings. This most recent order I ordered two well done pizzas that arrived undercooked and still doughy, not edible unless actually put into an oven. The “perfection check” step that always takes 10 minutes obviously isn’t being done or the employees just don’t care. These employees obviously don’t value their community very much and it shows in the quality (or lack thereof) their food. This has had a damaging impact on how I view Domino’s as a whole and I will certainly never be ordering from this location again.
Yesterday I order my pizza for delivery around 5:30. Fast forward to 8 pm, the app still said I had to wait for over an hour, so I drove there, despite paying for the delivery. I had to because I couldn't cancel on the app and they wouldn't pick up the phone.They still hadn't started my order yet. There was only two people working. The manager thanked me for not yelling at her because she said she'd been there for over 18hrs. During the short time I was there I watched the only other person working there walk by the ringing phone multiple times and pick it up just to immediately hang it up.I would have been livid if I didn't feel so bad for the people working there. I'm never give that place my money again.
I feel bad writing a negative review because it just seems like they are understaffed but I have to warn people.Don’t order delivery.Ordered pizzas for delivery a day in advance on the app but ended up having to go and pick up the pizzas myself an hour and 15 minutes after the delivery time—no discount, nothing.Ive had consistent late deliveries from this location over the past few months with same kind of day ahead orders so at this point just have to stop ordering from them.
Awful memories, We have ordered pizza online around 5:00 PM to pick up time 6:00 PM on dated 1/16/2022 at store #6247 (6545 Gunpark Dr Ste 210, Boulder, CO 80301). When we entered store # 6247 to pick up pizza the young guy ask my name and i have provided my name. then he searched for my order #53. but he could not find then he had gone to consult the Lady and they talk for around minute and they acted like we are not in store and they kept making pizza. After 2 minutes, I asked where is my pizza??? The Lady came front and started searching for my order. but she could not find. I give order number #53 and web screen said "Ready to go" " It's boxed and ready to go." The Lady asked if we want to cancel order. We badly need food because we ordered pizza for lunch at work. check it out video. We returned to work hungry. We felt so bad that we chose Dominos pizza on 1/16/2022. I have not cancelled order yet even the lady asked us to cancel order. It was store pick up and pay at store. If they said they could not make pizza for us we would go to next door to eat something but they had us to wait and keep asking if we want to cancel order after 30 minutes waiting.

Moved to the Gunbarrel area nearly four years ago and was skeptical of ordering pizza from Dominos but it was closest. My previous experience with Dominos in general has been negative. This place is amazing! I look forward to when it's pizza night. Great food! Great Service! Prompt! Hot! Delicious!
I just wish, for once, my order wasn't missing something when i order for delivery... I hate calling and complaining about it and it has honestly stopped me from ever eating there again and I live right next to it and can't drive...I hope the owner of this establishment can get it together, because whatever is causing my order to be wrong 100% of the time needs to stop.
