Inefficient and unhelpful staff. I tried ordering and their website wasn’t working so called in my order. Payed over the phone and was told order would be ready in 15 minutes, all good I thought.I drive in and they tell me my order is not payed for! I showed them the text from my bank confirming the payment but no one knows what went wrong. They don’t know who took the order or whose order I payed for. In walks their manager, I think and she says ‘you double ordered so the phone order was canceled’.Fair enough, probably the original online order was logged after all, at least an explanation, so I asked if they refunded the charge on my card? They said it would happen automatically.Didn’t happen and they double charged me for the same order. Now it’s my problem to get the charge disputed with my bank. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
This dominos is so bad they don’t know how to cut pizzas at all like I’ve ordered so many times and so has my friend and the pizza legit isn’t even cut, how are they letting that happen. Also the cheesy bread is basically just crust with a tiny bit of cheese on it not good at all, definitely need to start making it better because I’ve had good cheesy bread at other locations. Also my pizza got made wrong no apology from staff they seemed inconvenienced that I wanted it remade like huh??
This place is terrible! Ordered Sunday evening at 9pm, got confirmation email of delivery time for 180-210min. Not even during the super bowl does a pizza delivery take 3hrs.Anyway about 1.5 hrs after ordering, a pizza arrived that was the temperature of being left out all night long, not over cold but def not hot, luke warm-ish.Apparently the quality person "Seth" doesn't know how to cut a pizza or they don't allow Seth to use safety scissors. See photos of this horribly cut up pizza.Tried to call the store 6-8 times to cancel my order when I find out of the extremely long resort time but no one would pick up.Not worth this place. After completed a survey got a "coupon" to try again, like I need another 3hrs to wait for a pizza again. Come on man!Save yourself a headache and find somewhere else or just order a pizza in Tues and you might be lucky to get it on Friday....
Usually fine if not overpriced but this time I never received my order and I can't get a refund because the store is closed and the call center is only open during business hours, so I'm hungry and out a lot of money for not much food in the first place. Hate corporate pizza. Sticking to Cosmos from now on for sure
Ordered from dominos today. Got a pizza, wings and cinnamon twists. Two over two hours to get it delivered. Ate very sad cold pizza and wings. Didn't even want to take a picture of the sad Rick of a pizza. Was kinda looking forward to the cinnamon twists. Just to open them up to find...... Plain bread bites ??
Order was completely wrong, pizza was smashed in box, and took an hour and a half. Called the store and explained order was wrong and pizza had toppings on it I am allergic to and the woman was really rude and I asked for a refund and she hung up on me.
Ordered a couple pan pizzas and the delivery took a long time (over an hour)! We were ready to give a poor review, but the driver came to the door and apologized immediately without us even saying anything, explaining that there are a lot of new employees still learning. Reasons aside, very impressed with how immediately they made things right without us having to say anything about it. They recognized right away that things weren't quite right and sent us a coupon to make up for the delayed delivery. Plus pan pizzas are delicious.
I love this chain and their pizza but their biggest draw back is they almost ALWAYS forget the sauce cups. Like without fail every time even if you order extra. I want garlic knots but lets be real, garlic knots are nothing with out the cold marinara sauce cups.
I ordered a vegetarian pizza with banana peppers, parmesan, and mushrooms. I was given a pizza with spinach, jalepeño, mushrooms, pineapple, and at least one piece of sausage. I understand things get mixed up, but not only are the toppings not correct, but this is the second time I have ordered a vegetarian pizza from here and received a pizza with rogue sausage on it (I have also ordered feta spinach bread that had a chunk of sausage on it) . There needs to be more quality assurance to ensure there is no meat on the pizza unless specifically requested. Vegetarians should not feel safe ordering from this store. Unfortunately, I was not the one to pick up the pizza, so it wasn't until I got it that we knew it was the wrong order. I called the store repeatedly and no one answered. I was hoping to speak to someone to order the correct pizza and bring in the one I got to trade. I understand places can be busy, but is negligent to not answer your phone at all.
Poor service and poorly quality food. I arrived when my food was supposed to be done and it took several minutes for an employee to come up to the register even though three of them made eye contact with me multiple times. All my food is cold (wings, pizza, and twists) and tasteless. I know it’s silly to order wings from a place that’s primarily for pizza, but I wanted to give them a try. They’re primarily skin and gross mush. The pizzas were made like someone tossed ingredients without looking and they’re cut like a mess. I wish I would’ve ordered somewhere else.
