Delicious cookies! The cornbread cookie was especially great! Clean store, nice people.

Delicious cookies but it would be nice if they put chairs in here because there’s always a wait.

Cookies are good to get once if you're trying to be trendy.

10/10, always a delicious cookie. Honestly, the Lucky Charm one changed my life. Love seeing all the new flavors every week. Everyone there is always so friendly. Want the smell of the shop to be made into a perfume. K thanks bye.

Cookies be hittin. The kids that work the register are too lazy to bring anything out for curbside. So don’t bother. Honestly, i hate Boulder. We were given a pack of cookies that the box was smashed and the icing was totally scraped off.

Went in at 9:38 PM on wed night 3/30 , knocked on the door because the sign said open until 10 PM , but the door was locked ? The first girl made eye contact but clearly ignored me and walked away. the second girl came to the door, and said " sorry we had to close early, we were really short on staff and cookies" . Seems like something the owner would want to know about . I've always received great service here , so to close 20 minutes early is pretty awkward. Even if they were to just stay open and sell what cookies they have left? or just sell icecream? or simply stay open to apologize to everyone that walked in the door to keep customers coming back. just ideas for good customer service :)

Most delicious cookie I have ever had.. the pink sugar is just out of this world. The chocolate chip is amazing too. One bite can brighten any day! ☀️ Love these for gifts too!

Crumbl has gone down hill... The cookie is dry, the frosting had melted down the sides with the marshmallows basically liquid. So sad!

Smells great in here BUT. Wanted to get a chocolate chip cookie for hubby for vday with icing on it, you know, dress it up and make it look somewhat festive. But they said they don’t dress up, the only dress down! Whaaaa? I mean they dressed up the sugar cookies, how hard is it to slap some pink icing on the choc chip? Settling for the sugar cookie with icing but sorry, but I’ll be looking for another cookie place in the future. Life is too short to say you can’t dress up a cookie :/

After all the internet hype, my friends and I were very excited to try out the Crumbl cookie. Unfortunately, our experience was not very positive. I have a peanut allergy, which nowadays is very common. I simply asked the workers their process in making cookies and if we could avoid cross contamination, to which one worker rudely said they only use one spatula, and “there’s no promises”. My allergy is life threatening, and they provided no clarification that I wouldn’t be eating any crossed contaminated peanuts. So instead, I had to play it safe and got to watch my friends eat cookies. I have never been given such a hard time about an allergy, and with the overpriced cookies, I will not be returning. Try Insomnia Cookies (cookies are cheaper and much better) in Boulder, or even an ice cream shop like Sweet Cow or Baskin Robins. They happily will use a different spatula/scoop, and have never given me a hard time about being aware and safe. Not a good place if you have allergies or anaphylaxis like myself.
