Food was good! Home cooked authentic style cooking, I was surprised at the many options for each item, I'll be back again this week!
I’ve had a lot of faux meat, and either they mixed their “vegan” chorizo with real meat… or it’s just not vegan. The consistency wasn’t consistent. Part of taco insides were soft like tofu and some looked like shredded meat. I threw most of it away because I couldn’t be sure. The sweet corn tamales were pretty good though.
We wanted over 45 minutes for our food not sure why still waiting! No reason given to us why. Just brought our food looks delicious
Best authentic Mexican tacos in Boulder. No question. We found Cilantro w/in our first week in Boulder and eat there weekly. Great service and lovely staff.
This is one of those hike in the wall places that you've got to love. We have been in Boulder for 10 years and have gone by this place dozens of times and never paid attention to it. We finally tried it today and it was inexpensive and great!
For having "cilantro" in the name, I can say that there was hardly any in my meal ?♂️ still good, a bit pricey though. $35 with out tip for 2 smothered carnitas burritos.
Cilantro's is a winner for casual mexican food in Boulder. I love the vegetarian options for myself and the meat eaters I go with love it too. My favorite is the soyrizo taco and rice and beans. I love that they offer takeout in reusable/returnable containers via Repeater so I don't have to worry about my takeout habit impacting the environment!
Staff was great the food was delicious, hands down the best menudo in Boulder. And the quesabirria tacos ooof delicious
My absolute favorite Mexican restaurant in Colorado. I met one of the workers at my work place about a year ago and have been going ever since. Food has always been delicious and consistent and the employees are very sweet. My personal favorites are their tamales (if you can snag them, they go by quick!) and their tacos. Definitely stop by if you are ever in Boulder!!
We were excited to try this food for first time. After a long hike we were super hungry and ordered a lot of different food. It looked and tasted good. Who would think that all who tried that food would get a food poisoning. We spent horrible night at the hotel with belly ache and throwing up. Wish I would not have this experience.
