This place SMACKS! Especially for vegan/vegetarian people :) the meat free entree are plentiful and cheaper than the regular dishes. HUGE portions, nice service, and the best Vietnamese in boulder. Also, the building is huge, so it’s good for large groups
We three couples hadn't been all together in over 2 yrs. This was our meeting place on Monday eve. may 11th. My expectations were not high given the lunch I had in December. However, ALL the food was delicious, service was terrific, and most of all, being with friends we treasure "hit the spot". 2 guys ordered beer....one gal ordered white wine,hubby had a diet coke and two of us had water. One couple ordered a broccoli stir fry with shrimp and a chicken stir fry . i got to take home the chicken stir fry leftovers and embellished it w/veggies,herbs and cooked chicken for yesterday's lunch at home. THUMBS UP. Today we had our leftovers of egg roll bowl and pho w/steak and brisket. Yummy then...yummy today! Another couple ordered spring rolls,crab that you could wrap in lettuce and 2 more dishes. Their beef stir fry leftovers will be our lunch tomorrow. can't wait. Looking forward to returning sooner vs. later. I don't know what the bill was, because our friends treated us....wasn't that nice???? Best of all.....................these longtime friends are truly PRECIOUS!
Awesome Vietnamese restaurant. So many special dishes you don’t normally get from other Asian restaurants.We ordered:Vietnamese sausage - fun way of eating it with rice paperFrog leg curry - so delicious and specialDuck leg - sweet and delicious!Definitely will come back and try more!
Delicious traditional Vietnamese food here! Highly recomended. Generous portions. Bowl of Pho was huge!
This was are goto restaurant when we lived in Boulder 18 years ago. We miss this wonderful food. My favorites are Chicken Lemon grass and Stuffed Grape leaves and Shrimp spring rolls. We always had friendly service.. We are so happy the food tasted so delicious after all these years. We hate change when it is already perfect food. Keep it up Chez Thuy.
I ate too much!!! The pho was hugeeeeee - I was shocked, impressed, and pleased most of all. My wife got frog legs that she had been craving for a while and enjoyed it in the curry. Our friends got marinated pork chops and pad Thai which they really enjoyed. Desert was great too between the mochi and fried banana with ice cream!

Great vietnamese restaurant. Always excellent service and the food is amazing. Everytime we pass through boulder we have to stop!!! Highly recommend from quick lunch bite to a nice family outing for dinner. And prices are very reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food.
This a great spot. Authentic Vietnamese food. Atmosphere is nice and relaxed, staff is friendly and very diligent.Great variety of food here.Ordered the Vietnamese yellow curry/chicken that's the one in the bowl. And yellow curry/chicken it comes with alot of vegetables could easily split between two people. I would order it again.I will be back.
Been here the first time , waited 20 min too order my food (it was not super busy , a few people inside the restaurant) orderd Lo Mein & a Diet Coke , we waited for our food about 30 min. Everyone on my table got his food , just my food and drink didn’t show up I waited about 5 min then tried too approach a waiter, had to ask 3-4 times she never came over too our table after another 5 min finally my food came , no sorry for the wait nothing had too ask for my drink too . Food was not good was not bad , chicken was very dry.So my resume : very very unfriendly service & average food. Got our table at 6:00pm left at 8:00pm so 2 hours for simple „quick“ dinnerNot gonna come back
