The service was seriously disappointing- our waitress gave us our food then vanished. I received the wrong order but ate it anyway because she didnât come back for such a long time and we were thirsty without water refills. The food was ok but Iâve definitely had much better Mexican elsewhere.. Overall pretty disappointing especially as I read a good review prior to going.
Both food and staff were awesome for our large party of 10.

Beautiful restaurant!!! Amazing food. I went to Boulder for hiking for 2 days. After hiking on the first day, I went here and I loved the food so much that that's where I ate at the next day!Tried the Blood Orange Coin and veggie tostadas. Delicious!Highly recommended.
Brought a group of 6 to Centro on Saturday evening, one of our favorite places - but the bartender must have been having a really bad night! We had to send back THREE drinks - including two mango margs that were NOT mango margs but some kind of jalapeno drink. My first regular marg was so sour I tried adding two sugars to it, but it was still undrinkable. The server, Luke, was OUTSTANDING - great personality, apologized about the drinks and eventually was able to bring replacements. I say "eventually" because the food took forever to arrive (not Luke's fault!). Also when the food finally did arrive, we noticed there were no napkins or setups on the table! So one of our party raided the table next to ours to bring us the napkins and setups that should have been on the table to start with. It was kind of embarrassing and I apologized to our guests. Really not the kind of evening we usually have at Centro!
We are on the patio and that was a great and the food was good. The service was ok but a little random. The food was delicious though the green rice was not my favorite.
