What’s with the tiny portion when ordering online? I legit had four bites of rice and that’s not even exaggerating. Probably better to order in person, the last time I did the portions were good and actually filling.

Bad customer service and no organization!! We got takeout, ordered online ahead of time and got there a little early because we knew it would be busy. We set our time for pick up at 6:30. We waited until 6:30 to get into line because the bags weren’t at the pickup location. After being ignored and told to wait at the back numerous times finally at 6:50, one of the employees helped us out. We got our food and left, not wanting to cause any more commotion within the store. It was rainy and a busy day so we left, expecting the store to have gotten our whole order (2 bowls and 2 orders of pita chips). When we got home, there was only one bowl and one order of pita chips. All around disappointing. Not to mention the price!!!

Overall I think this was a decent meal. I was disappointed to find that the brown rice in my bowl wasn’t fully cooked and most of the rice was extremely hard and inedible. Considering CAVA is primarily a grain bowl restaurant, it is discouraging that the brown rice isn’t even cooked properly. Aside from that I liked the flavors of the food and it was ready very quickly.

The SO and I went here after seeing the line at Chipotle. I was really impressed with the fare. The portions were great and the flavors were amazing. Service was a little slow but well worth the wait.

I enjoyed being able to create my own super healthy protein bowl at Cava. The wide selection of proteins and toppings make it so you can have something new and fresh every time you go. I would also highly recommend getting a warm pita on the side.

Hi!I went into the Cava in Boulder Colorado on 28th street just now and had the BEST EXPERIENCE. The girl who helped me was probably around 19, wearing a headband, had rosy cheeks, and had a bun in, i wish i got her name because this girl NEEDS a raise! She had made a small accident on my bowl but i was COMPLETELY okay with it and told her to keep it! She insisted on discounting my meal and was just the sweetest person ever. I have worked in customer service for four years and she just made my week! By far one of the best customer experiences i have had, not just because of the discount but because Of how kind she was and how she handled the situation. She was working on April 11th at 5:35, please find her and at least give her recognition! Thank you so much!

They have a new delivery option with DoorDash that doesn’t work and they were extremely disorganized and rude about it. An associate literally hung up on me today when I called to ask for a refund they owed me and share my frustration.Basically they canceled an order because the food wasn’t ready when a DoorDasher showed up. Then they made me reorder the meal and said they would refund the first charge, which they never did. When I called the above happened. Time is precious; this is not how I want to spend my weekend.I hope Cava can correct this.

Amazing service, great selection of ingredients and toppings. The harissa honey chicken and braised lamb are my highlights! Missing out on the better and healthier version of chipotle

I was really excited to try the lentil and avocado bowl, but it was really disappointing. Not much flavor, and over-soaked in dressings. I'm hoping it was a fluke, I'll try something different next time.
