I used to eat at this Burger King all the time. It's very close to where I work and the Impossible Whopper is a quick, affordable vegetarian meal to grab on the go. Unfortunately, as Burger King has moved a more app-friendly ordering process, this particular store has refused to change with the times. You can still order through the app, but it is nearly impossible to order exactly what you want because this store does not allow you to add or remove ingredients. I have reported the issue to BK corporate multiple times, but they always redirect my request to the store owner, who ignores it entirely. I have been told that the store owner does not want to change this option. It's shocking to see, in 2022, that a company would allow its franchise owners to ignore simple protocol related to their app, but that's exactly what's going on here. The franchise owner has decided that it's not worth the store's time to modernize. As a result, I seldom (if ever) visit this Burger King anymore despite the fact that it would be my first choice for lunch most days. The line of cars is always too long and it always takes far too much time to get my order. They could cut down on their lines by allowing people to order in advance, but they're just not willing to do that.To be clear, this is not an issue with any other Burger King locations — just this one. There is a very simple solution to the problem, but the owner of this store refuses to fix it. Instead, it seems they would prefer to have you clog up their cramped, crowded drive-thru, slowing down the entire line so you can customize your order. For a company whose slogan was "Have it Your Way" for nearly 40 years, it's surprising to see how brazenly some franchise owners are willing to ignore the idea altogether.Perhaps this store should change its slogan to "have it OUR way or don't have it at all."
The cashier lady at this location was so kind and courteous. She took the time to cook a whole batch of fresh French fries and actually informed me. She didn't have to do that, but she did. The store was operating during a slow time of day, so I understand why she let me know. I just found it to be a very kind thing to do.
Always dirty and never opens on time. I waited 15 minutes after they opened nothing. 5 of us were trapped in the drive through until we all had to back up.Get more staff!
Absolutely the best service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The guy taking my order was so friendly, funny, and really good at his job. He should be working at a fancy steak restaurants making outrageous tips, but for whatever reason, this Burger King is lucky enough to have him.I forgot your name because I suck at names but I’m sure you know who you are! You rock!
The guy working the drive thru is really awesome. Fast and to the point. I’ve gone here before and I have to say they kill it way better than some of the other ones. The food they make looks like it should be on the commercials. 10/10 give that dude a raise.
Chicken sandwhich was way over done. Their chking is too expensive to be this unedible and the fryer oil tasted like it was dirty from the chicken ugh
Terrible had to throw the whole meal away. Tea tasted like mold. Chicken sandwich was over cooked must have been sitting for a day....it was too hard to even pull apart
I go here several times a week for a quick bite, the food is good, service is quick and of course the prices are what you expect.
Way too much ice in the fountain drinks, definitely order light ice if you want less than 75% of your cup filled with ice. Pulled me around to wait on 2 burgers only ketchup, not sure how that happens. General feeling of Meh.
Ive come to this location 3 times in the last 2 weeks it has smelt like gas every single time this is concerning for the safety of the staff and also us customers who come in to the building please get this fixed
