On July 10, 3:33pm I ordered 3 bacon King, 2 large fries, 2 coke for pick up and the lady at the Window was so rude i hope she doesn’t talk to others customer like she talked to me

Three stars because I've always had a good experience with the breakfast shift and getting what I ordered, but lunch is a different story. Past few times, over the span of several months, something was always wrong with my order. Very frustrating to get back to work and not have what you paid for.
Went through the drive thru with cash the sign said cash only. I was rushed while making my order treated very rudely by the staff. They need new management or to be shut down. The rudeness displayed was unacceptable and unprofessional. Will not go back due to that as well as they always get the orders wrong. I've had service from children at a kindergarten play getting seated by a child than at that restaurant. The management seem extremely incompetent in her job.
You can tell the employees are really hustling to fill orders but are severely understaffed (1 manager and 2 employees). 11:30am on a Monday.To the franchise owner: please pay them more! They are awesome.
Normally I love burger king. This time, I asked for no mayonnaise, the cashier even repeated that back to me. I open the sandwich up, and there's mayonnaise on it. This was very disappointing and I won't be coming back.
Every once in a while I'll get a couple cheese burgers for a snack and they have a good breakfast croissant!
Worst Burger King out of the all. Never have the lobby open. Doesn’t me mention lobby not open so you don’t find that out until you get here. Orders always take so long to complete. The manager here is so rude to the employees and the customer. It’s no wonder they never have the staff to open fully. Would avoid this one if possible.
I love the impossible burger the staff is always friendly and even when short staffed they have a great attitude
Food was as expected for a Burger King. Service was terrible. I ordered in the app for pick-up at 12:25. Order was not ready until 12:50.
Great service but your soda lines need cleaned BAD!!!! So disgusting. Ild hate to see how much black sludge is built up
