Their dirty martini tasted like it looked…swampy! The food was only so so and the waitstaff were nice, but terribly inexperienced. I’ve been waiting to try this place and it was very disappointing.
Lovely Farm to table dining! Very limited menu that changes daily. In our party of 4 we each ordered the 1 of the 4 Entrees we all loved our choices! Appetizers were lovely my husband and I shared the beet salad made with beet greens it was huge and incredible! My first time for beet greens very pleasantly surprised! Will definitely be returning on our next visit to Boulder!
The food is absolutely delicious! It always is at B&H! The salmon tartare is simply amazing!
The entire experience was fantastic. Great staff, great food. We were able to take our time and really enjoy the conversation with our group without feeling the least bit rushed. Bramble & Hare makes for a unique and memorable experience.

Excellent experience all around - the 3 courses and wine pairings were all perfect and they gave us a glass of champagne because we were celebrating. All around wonderful time and great food and service!
The food at bramble and hare is excellent, as is the service which is both friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The noise level was our only problem with the night. My husband is hard of hearing and the noise level made conversation difficult. That said, the quality of the food and service far out weighed the noise. We very much enjoyed our visit.
The restaurant is quirky in the best possible way. Our wait staff was above and beyond the best weâve ever had.
All of the food and cocktails were extremely well made and delicious, the service was perfectly paced, everyone working at the restaurant was extremely friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made it a fantastic experience. 10/10
This is our go to special occasion restaurant. We the enjoy all the choices in the price fixe. If youâre lucky enough to be g/f and d/f like me, they have an amazing dessert option not on the menu, just ask. The ambience is intimate but not fussy, the drinks menu is broad and the cocktails are yummy, the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. This doesnât have to be for special occasions. Sit at the bar and order the charcuterie selection. Or have three dessertsâ¦you know you want to! My only recommendation for improvement is the window display which is old and dusty lookingâ¦not representative of the gem inside.
