Great food, fast service, it’s maybe a tad bit pricey (like all pho places are) but it’s worth it! It’s a fast enough meal to get over lunch if you’re nearby. Also, pro tip: it’s not on the menu but you can get kiwi boba if you ask. People don’t think a sour drink would be good as boba, but it’s great! And their tapioca pearls come out hot and fresh.
Hello! I wanted to review Boulder PHO… I’ve been a customer of the Boulder location often on for years. I always go there when I want some fun. I was very excited to see a location opening in Longmont! Well I think they’ve gotten things down pat after being open nearly 2 months. There are napkins on the table in a dispenser, and you are given fresh bean sprouts and fixins for your pho immediately… The servers are very nice and always come around with water… There were some kinks for the beginning but I believe they have been solved. The pho is delicious. Sometimes the vegetarian pho can be watery and not as flavorful but I really like the broth. The vegetables are great! Baby corn, carrots, onion, broccoli… Everything is super fresh. My family and I always feel happy and full after going to Boulder five. Thank you for opening a restaurant in Longmont!
Loved my vegetarian pho - fresh ingredients & well flavored broth. Didn’t like the spring rolls or peanut sauce - the sauce didn’t taste peanut flavored. Service was slow, inconsiderate & cold tempered.
love to come here and get the kobe beef pho. the small bowl is always enough for me. the vibes and service are great ?? recently tried the crab cheese wontons and loved them!
Great food! The egg rolls were my favorite. It would be great to see to-go containers made from a more sustainable material. Styrofoam is not recyclable in the Boulder area so it ends up in the landfill. Such a bummer.
Walked in to see a host who was putting his mask on and noticed entire kitchen staff was maskless. Which I think is great. However when I wanted to be seated without a mask they made a stink. Considering they clearly don't care about the mandate regarding their own staff they should allow their customers the same freedom. There are plenty of restaurants in Boulder refusing to enforce this silly mask mandate. I'll be going elsewhere.
I order Kobe pho 1/week. It’s the best in the region. Consistently excellent. I’ve tried other restaurants. Boulder Pho is by far superior. The staff is friendly and professional. I appreciate their attention to quality. Yummy!!!
I used to love Boulder pho - the food is great. The staff could always be a bit rude or slow but I never minded given the freshness of the food. I do however mind that they enforce a mask mandate to walk you ten feet to your table where you can then take the mask off - especially with a whole maskless kitchen staff in the back. They clearly don’t care and neither does everyone sitting maskless in the restaurant so why not just seat me when I forgot my mask? At the very least, offer me one. Not going back! Too many good places to eat (+ with a friendly staff) that won’t do this.
Amazing Pho! One of our family favorites. Great service. Both dine-in and pick-up. Love their crab wontons and spring rolls too! Everything is excellent here!
This place is pretty great. I come from a family who owns Vietnamese restaurants and this one is top tier. The pho is pretty good. I recommend this place to anyone who is picky about their pho and expects good quality broth. They place will do it for you. Enjoy!
