Placed an order at 8:00 pm it is now 9:51 and still no show. And all I ordered was just 16 wings. Why can’t they just let the customers know that no one will show up. This place is trash. They never picked up the phone. Called 2x to see what was going on. Bad customer service from the employees all the way up to management.
I don’t get delivery here anymore because it’s always chaotic but I’ve started going in and the wait time isn’t bad and the food is good. period.
Ordered a southwest pizza that was supposed to have green chili sauce but they put regular red marinara sauce on it..also paid for extra cheese, is not very cheesy. The square crust and regular crust are good tho
Worst customer service! Ordered delivery online, after an hour waiting called and was told we cancelled your order because we don't make salads right now. Didn't notify me, didn't bother to ask if I wanted the rest of the food ordered, just blew it off and hung up on me when I asked why my account didn't show a refund of the money. Was my first time trying them won't bother with a redo.
Ordered pizza from them twice and both times they were an hour late! Did not get a receipt and when I called back twice and my coworker called once, no one would call me back. Driver the first time was slow and late and acted like he was not even bothered with the delivery. Just a terrible customer service and un-reliable service. I have ordered from the Longmont location before and they were fantastic.
Repeat customer with large order for local Boulder business. Pizza order was correct and no issues with food at all. Delivery experience was pretty bad though. Driver was not friendly, didn’t say anything at all. Just placed the 5 pizza boxes on top of the hood of his Subaru outback and had me picked them up without saying anything. No offer to help bring them inside, even after a $15 tip. Will just order from Cosmos going forward.
Ok here is a bad incident I had with the Boulder, Colorado blackjack pizza and its horrible Manger. I ordered a pizza about two weeks back . The lady that took my delivery order spoke almost no English then the order showed up it was cold and not even what I ordered .Forewarning from here on this gets worse .so I call the store to fix the order this time they Manger answers I ask to to a Manger anyway . He listens and hears what he wants .Then instead of just asking and fixing it .He puts the lady who hardly speaks on .I tell please put your Manger on He then comes back and yes yells at me saying if I don't like it I should come run his store for him .Very unprofessional of him. I am now unglued and yell myself I know I could do a better job then this at running your store. He then tell me calm down and asked how to fix this . I say just give me my order as a free pizza . So I reorder and this time the order is half right the pizza toppings and crust are right but both are uncooked . He has been reported to the corporate office here .Hope no else goes through this.. Ordering elsewhere from now on
Food was okay. Called to let me know they were out of sausage so substituted ground beef which was unfortunately pretty bland even with pepperoni. Ordered bbq wings but found Buffalo wings when I picked up, so they were remade fresh while the already done pizza was kept warmed in the interim and not as fresh as I'd hoped. So not bad really, but overall just okay this time.We love to support local so sincerely hoping for better next time.
This pizza place was great and we wanted to give our compliments to Gaby!!! It was packed today and she was just hustling, handling customers, and training and had a great attitude the whole time. Thank you so much for our delicious Santa Fe pizza and for the great customer service. We're from out of town but will definitely be back next time we visit.
The pizza is pretty decent ? but Gabby is a top notch employee. She was hustling hard while keeping her head cool under so much pressure.
