This place has some of the best tea, spring rolls, pho, spicy pho, rice bowls and much more. They keep the prices low without altering any of the recipes. They also sell the broth and that can come in alot of help for people on a liquid diet!

We stopped going here because they were making mistakes on our orders. Our daughter has food allergies and they couldn’t seem to cater to that. She had a reaction due to cross contamination. It’s a shame because they’re food is good. I would avoid this place if you have food allergies or have celiac disease / gluten intolerance. I wish more restaurants were willing to train their employees to take food allergies seriously and have protocols in place in order to be inclusive to those with dietary needs.

Great Phō! Friendly staff. The eggrolls were fun sized however, like eating a $7 deep fried human pinky filled with pork. Highly recommended (minus the tiny appetizer)

4.5 ⭐ I got The combo regular size pho. It was huge and had lots of meat Was surprised. Good broth flavor. Both getleman worker's we're very friendly. My only issue Was they cut My egg rolls in half lol why ?

Tried this place due to my favorite pho place being closed.I ordered pho chay to go today for my birthday dinner since I have been really sick. They did not include any sriracha or hoisin which greatly affects the ability to flavor the broth. I was super disappointed and wasn’t able to enjoy my bowl at all.I am a pho aficionado and I do not believe I will be eating here again UNLESS I can eat in and ensure everything is prepared accordingly.

Changing my review from 5 to 1 star. The menu has changed (a lot of gluten items have been added to the menu). The fryer is no longer gluten free and I suspect gluten flour is flying around everywhere now. My family ordered our usual GF meals and my entire family has received major gluten reactions. Unfortunately this restaurant is no longer gluten friendly, which is a bummer as this place used to be a gem for us.Previous review:I love how gluten friendly this place is! Everything is gluten free here! Except for the duck sauce. I refer all my gluten conscious friends here. I am very thankful for that part of the restaurant. I am excited to keep coming back for years to come!

As a Viet vet, I remember the fantastic street food in Saigon. The Viet people served their food with a dipping sauce called NUOC MAM. [pronounced: nuke mom]. I could never find its equal in the States. Then one day I walked into Black Pepper Pho.

I don't think I will ever find Pho as clean and delicious as BPP.

Good food. Lately, portions are dramatically reduced

The food here is ok, but not great, and a bit pricy for what you get. Presentation is sometimes poor. I thought they had left out half of the veggies in my bun dish, only to find them buried under the noodles.
