Bad service. There were maybe 3 tables and the first thing I ordered was bread, it was the last thing to come out and the butter was frozen. Food was lukewarm. Pork chop overcooked. The food did all have good flavor, that’s a positive.

The chicken Marsala was so delicious. And it was very special for the chef and owner to come out and check to see how I was doing. TJ, the server/bartender extraordinaire, was also fantastic. Eat here for amazing food in Boulder!

Walked in and stood by the "please wait to be seated" sign. Several unprofessional people were laughing in the kitchen and looked at us standing there. No greeting, just ignored. Then a very loud and obnoxious group of young college kids about 18 of them drunk and making a tremendous amount of noise. (Expected this because CU is just across the street. However we stood there for 13 minutes and just as we were about to walk out, an unprofessional server approached us and had us sit. Took 15 minutes to get beverages. We were the only people in the restaurant. The group of kids were done eating. 3 other tables had dishware still sitting on the tables with messes, nobody to clean up, I imagine they let it sit there until they have to clean it to seat a guest? Don't order the chicken Alfredo, my wife got sick and we missed the show at Fox Theater to see Sports because of this! I got a burger and it was okay, not bad but the place is just a joke. I was highly disappointed in the cleanliness, lack of professional servers and they were terrible at following up. Oh well, we won't be back, this whole street has terrible businesses and cleanliness is awful. Be aware, it's run by stoners and irresponsible kids. Nothing against them but it just sucks to be a customer here and have a nice evening and enjoy any of these restaurants. That's all.

So delicious, and extremely well packaged for delivery. There's advice out there not to go to restaurants with a bunch of random stuff on the menu. Ado's is the absolute exception to that rule. Very tasty, perfectly cooked food in generous portions. Most of the dishes have their own little "spin" on them and you should definitely try them out. I recommend the pupusas!I don't usually leave reviews - this is only the 4th I've ever done. But I had to shout out this awesome little restaurant.

1) I usually don’t leave reviews so this alone says how much I enjoyed the food.2) The staff was very warm, kind and welcoming which is something I appreciate as I don’t get that everywhere I go.To the food review:I don’t eat pork so I couldn’t eat the original Egg’s Benedict on the menu. So I was offered Salmon to eat with my Benedict instead (they should add this plate to the menu). I’ve been on an Egg Benedict escapade across Denver for the past month, so I’ve tried 10+ Benedict’s from different places over the last 30 days (although this is in Boulder). In all honestly…this was probably (or definitely) the best Benedict I’ve ever had. From the presentation of the plate (colors of green from the spice which I’m not familiar with, the tinted oil, the pink Salmon, and the white & yellow egg colors), to the perfection of the combination of textures and flavors…it was an amazing plate of Benedict/food. If I stayed closer (I live in the Springs and it even beats the Benedicts down there), I would definitely be a regular or weekly customer. Thank you all for the experience and continue serving perfection.

Stopped in for drinks and brunch. Cool vibe with good priced drinks and food. I had your basic pancakes eggs and toast and was exactly what I expected. Perfect and filling. My wife had the chilaquiles and she thought they were delicious. No complaints.Cool atmosphere with good food. Come check it out.

Kinda a bizarre place but in all the right ways. They have a dynamic menu which is interesting and their service was solid. Food was well made and fresh definitely worth a visit.

The environment itself was so so not really anything to spectacular but the people and the food make up for it it's a queen little dive in a college town with amazing food the woman who was taking care of the bar area also took care of waitressing our table she was kind of inconsiderate and very knowledgeable about the menu my husband had shrimp my girlfriend had a tie bowl my daughter had chicken strips my niece had teriyaki and I had the fat noodles which were absolutely amazing super spicy everything came out hot and on time we didn't have to wait too long only about 20 minutes or so but only to do to the fact that the kitchen was being manned by only one woman and she did a fantastic job. I would definitely eat here again when visiting Colorado.

I have been a long term resident of Boulder on the Hill and just had the most amazing experience at Ado’s Kitchen and Bar, my go-to place that I’ve loved for years. Amazing service, food, and drinks!

This is the best restaurant and bar on the hill! Whether it’s game day shenanigans or date night, this place is the best! We love T.J and family and always feel at home here.
