Today was my first day going to zero degree I must say that establishment was marvelous exuberating peace Harmony all throughout is establishment. As far as the employees, smiles, kind and caring and their mannerism moved in the most friendly way. I must say a place like this is a pure joy to those who are seeking a good drink, a good meal and some time a peace. I would definitely be back and recommend someone and most likely to take someone with me.
We went to Zero degrees to try out the Mangonadas and it didn’t disappoint! Kids ordered the pink lychee, Cookie Monster shake and strawberry drink! Big sized and younger kids wouldn’t be able to finish it off but it was great nonetheless!
They closed the kitchen before they actually closed and stopped taking orders, but didn't bother to let the delivery service I drive for know to cancel the order. I ended up wasting a bunch of time getting there near the designated time, before they closed, and having to deal with canceling the order myself which isn't super easy. As they were not the ones driving and and were choosing to close early, they should have worked out canceling as accepting the order and marking it as ready was their fault.I was really excited to try this place when in the neighborhood sometime but I don't think I will be now. It's definitely a bunch of kids working here which is fine, but they seem to lack management to sort out issues and it shows.
The food & service has gone downhill along with the portions, considering the price. Btw we ordered GARLIC noodles, not soy sauce noodles.

They boba here is delicious and the spicy Cheetos fries are good as well. However the staff seem to be unable to process online orders. It's has been 3 times now that we have ordered online arrived at or after the time. When we arrive we are either told the order was never submitted or that they just got it. When they tell us they don't have our order we show them our order compete screen and they inform us they just got it. Extremely unprofessional, I only recommend if you order in store. Stay clear of the mobile pickup.
Let’s start with the negative. To be honest, I almost put a lower rating because there were several issues. As other reviewers have said, the service wasn’t great, but I’m going to give the benefit of the doubt and say it’s due to understaffing. There were two girls up front and one of them seemed new and clearly wasn’t super familiar with the menu, which is fine, but it definitely contributed to a longer wait time and made the ordering process take a while. Also, as other reviewers mentioned, my fries were very soggy. I only took a few bites before giving up. However, my husband’s fries weren’t terrible, I would just recommend not getting the garlic butter fries. He got the Cajun fries and they were fine. Also the wait was… a lot. There was I think 2 groups ahead of us and we waited for at least a half hour for two meals, which can easily be attributed to understaffing as well.On to the positive. A lot of people said the portion sizes were too small, I would disagree. I think the pricing was fair for the amount of food we got. We paid under $40 (before tip) for two good sized meals and drinks. The chicken was pretty good. Nothing to write home about, but the chicken did everything it was supposed to.The real redeemer, and what made me give 4 instead of 2 or 3 stars, were the drinks. The split cup is a work of genius. I got the watermelon fresca and lychee crush, my husband got the frozen lychee drink. They were all phenomenal drinks.I would absolutely recommend this as a drink place, but not as a food place.
Mangonada was ok, the chicken popcorn was dry, almost no taste at all..... we apend well over $60. I wouldnt buy your food again, sorry!!
I had the honey buffalo wings with fries with the Matcha tea. My friend had the chicken tenders with garlic fries with some kind of pineapple cooler. Total came to $35, so it's kind of pricey because you literally cannot avoid getting the drinks, because they are so tasty. Food was hot. We came 30 minutes before closing, food was still great even while they were preparing to close. I will return to try more drink because they have a large variety. Not very much food options but the drinks make up for it.
If negative star was a choice they would definitely deserve it. It's sad when you don't hire accurate staff to support a business. A bunch of kids that work here don't know anything about customer service. Hire new staff stop hiring kids
