Fries don’t look presentable and we’re burnt. Completely drenched in oil. We ordered plain chicken wings, and the 3 out of the 10 wings still had the chicken feathers attached to them. As a chef, this is unacceptable. We payed $55, and couldn’t even eat.

CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE EATING HERE. Totally unsafe and possibly deadly. I ordered a group pack last night. Got home. First and only bite was absolutely PUTRID. They had cooked spoiled chicken. Wings had a grey/green color. Rotten taste. Slime. Puked uncontrollably immediately after spitting it out. It’s one thing to waste $70 on bad wings. But it’s another to waste $70 on rotten chicken. Beware when eating here. Unbelievable.
Crispy tenders were plain when I asked for spicy Korean, asked for extra seasoning on fries received plain fries , corn tasted boiled not fried. Smh
Very inappropriate and creepy employee made us uncomfortable when staring us down while filling drinks, then proceeds to ask his coworker what to do when someone fills the water cup with sprite, her response being nothing.
we order last night from this location 20 different flavor wing and without bone my kids and me Get very sick I don’t know what’s going on it’s the first time happen like this I never happen outside food like this still my kids vomiting and diarrhea . very Tourist
2nd(and last) time I tried wings from here. Wings WAY overcooked, dry and flavorless. Reminded me of the Griswold turkey.Way better choices out there.
Good service and the wings were great. They did not have the teriyaki flavor which was a bummer.
They have REALLY picked up their game post COVID. WOW,used to come here prior to COVID and service was pretty bad. Now they're really doing good. SUPER polite and nice. Got my large order perfectly right, which never happened before. My favorite wing place is now my new favorite wing place AGAIN! Oh! and the wings they've got now, are HUGE!! Love Wing Stop!
My order is always correct without fail. I can say sometimes some of the food isn't always hot some of it could be warm and the other fresh out the fryer. That would be my only issue but I do always order at least 30 wings so maybe that's the issue. Regardless, the food has always tasted great and will continue to order here.
Great customer service, and those new chicken thighs are AMAZING!
