Went there for lunch to dine in a long line around noon because they had a bunch of sales people maybe a small convention or something sat down at table and order through the mobile app and waited for my order to come up no waiting in line and got my order quicker because their was 8 people in line when I showed up plus as a bonus you can add rewards on your app for ordering through the mobile app. Win Win all around.

What can I really even say that hasn't already been said in all the other terrible reviews of this place? I feel bad for management because they have they hands full with some of the worst employees I've ever seen at any fast food place in my entire life.. any good review about this store has to be from the employees or friends of the employees because anyone with eyes and ears that has visited this store in the last year or so would never give this place more than 1 star. BIBLE!

Hands down the worst breakfast biscuit I've ever tried to eat.The consistency of the biscuit is like eating a mouthful of Elmer's glue, the egg was Luke warm.You'd have better luck at selling snowballs in hell, than you would at getting good food at this restaurant.

Surprised by the attention to detail here, young man at the counter looked like he would rather be smashing people in call of duty, but he was attentive and could multitask and figure out strategies at the same time. Oh and the fries were crispy and didn't taste like a salt lick

This place keeps getting slower and slower. I just spent nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru, from start to finish. Also, they were out of chocolate milk AND ice cream for frosties. When is corporate going to step in and remedy this???

Went to this Wendy’s on parker road the manager is rude and disrespectful I asked if I could have 4 more ketchup’s and she asked me do I need 3 packets or 3 hand fulls. RUDE I have 6 peoples food how can I use 5 packages. Than I get home and see bacon cheese fries or not even ORDER … CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE … COME TO FIND OUT SHE IS THE MANGER ( SAD POOR UNCALLED FOR BEING RUDE) I WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP MY MONEYPoor management. Whoever is the owner, this is to you.You should investigate your sale and transactionsI stopped by at night March 2 at around 11 pm and the lady at the window (wearing blue jeans and I think light pink hoodie) said that they only accept cash and not card.I thought the machine was broken or not working but I mentioned them that I was hungry, and she said that she would take the card (which was not working sec ago)I think something weird is happening hereI also run a restaurant in North Carolina so just wanted to alert you

I would think one of the most basic things they would teach you at a Wendy's is that the word "Double" in the food item "Double Stack" means two beef patties in the burger. Apparently that is not a directive at this particular location. Probably didn't help that staff had a miserable attitude and and acted like they were working in a salt mine. I am glad this is a Wendy's that we just happened to drive by and is not in a place I would normally frequent.

I went to this location to grab something quick for the wife and I to eat tonight. At first glance it looked like going inside would be the better option, let me tell you how wrong I was! Instantly greeted at the door by an employee talking about going back inside and beating up someone. Should of been my first warning to just go somewhere better. I waited to be acknowledged by anyone in the back to take my order. 10 minutes pass listening to this shorter women talking about the employee that walked out yelling. So I gave it 5 more minutes before I left to find a better option, the employee that went outside came back inside and started screaming and yelling in front of about 5-6 customers waiting. Yelling that she would be waiting in the parking lot for her and yelling that some manager the young lady was. I then decided to take my business elsewhere watching as several cars in drive through had started backing up and leaving. To anyone coming to this Wendy’s I don’t not recommend even stopping as the employees would rather put there issues in front of the customers.

Wendys is generally the best of the fast food chains. Got the new chicken spicy honey sauce. Was really good. Even tried to make my own at home. Gonna have to go back to wendys
