Horrible experience with the host. I think his name is Nick. He was so rude. We ask if our food was ready and he got offended stating that he was not a waiter. We told him that we did not know and he started showing attitude and getting in our face. We asked to speak with a manager who told us that she will speak with him at the end of the shift rather than addressing the issue at that moment so it doesn’t happen to somebody else. We think the manager’s name was Samantha. She is African American.Overall horrifying experience. We will not go back to Village Inn.

Do not go eat at this location. The biscuits and gravy were under cooked. The sausage was still pink, The soda was flat, the coffee was watered down, the eggs and potatoes were cold and the bathrooms were trashed with full trash cans and with poop stained toilets. One of the worst eating experiences. We should have just left when we saw the bathroom.

I came here once because I didn’t feel like making breakfast one day and it has now become my weekly ritual. The weekday morning staff is fantastic!! Malik goes above and beyond for service. Dez and Nate are also both fantastic. The whole crew is always smiling and enjoying themselves. Also, it’s the best Eggs Benedict I’ve had in a long time!!

Good casual family dining. Wait staff here are friendly and very attentive. Make sure you tip well when you visit because they deserve it for the service they provide!!

It was a great visit! The staff was very helpful as always and we got everything we ordered at a fast pace. Always happy with this Village Inn. I did 4 stars because there was no toilet paper in the women's bathroom.

This Village inn was awesome. Clean! Great staff! Food is what we grew up loving. This is the whole package. Good job keep it up.

I love this spot. They are always amazing and the food is always done great. Adolfo is amazingly patient with my 4 year old and let's her practice ordering her food. Over all this village inn is doing a wonderful job keeping clean with covid and still being an awesome restaurant ?

Something was off today. We waited a long time just to be seated (open tables, no host) & to get drinks. The floor was empty for long stretches; no bussing, no host, no waitstaff. Food was overdone, likely sitting under heat lamps or refired to avoid waste or perhaps to save time cooking fresh. When staff was visible, everyone seemed rushed. I've been here plenty of times and based on waitstaff and occupied tables, there shouldn't have been any issues. Seated near the kitchen we heard 2 instances of what sounded like a tray full of dishes crashing to the floor. We likely won't be back anytime soon.

Wow.This place has gone downhill faster than an Olympic skier. No one at the front-end to meet, greet and seat us.Finally a woman came out from the back, seated us & said Jimmy would be taking care of us. Jimmy was the only redeeming part of this awful experience. The smothered burrito consisted of stale & foul smelling left-overs and the double burger was a mess of leftover salad btwn 2 greasy burgers on a stale brioche bun.$40 NOT spent well.

Food was good but the service was lacking. There was one waitress for half a full restraunt. Shev was definitely working hard but this is the norm here. Management needs to step up and help out the staff when they are overloaded.
