My husband and I went in, and we have been waiting for an hour and a half for our food. The server was nice, but I don’t think they should be sitting people down so quickly if they do not have the coverage in the kitchen to actually serve people their food. I had not come to a Village inn for a while, and NOW I remember why. Don’t come here unless you have two hours to spare to wait for your food.

Four of us had brunch on a late Sunday morning. It was busy and they were short handed but we were seated right away. While we were looking at the menus it became apparent that a party near us had a problem with their order. The waitress took care of it promptly. It took a little longer than usual for our food but as I said they were busy. Some of us had breakfast some had lunch, everything was good. We enjoyed our meal and will go back.

Good service. We didn't have to wait too long for our food. The waitress was very kind and helpful. The food was good, the vanilla iced coffee could use some work but it was overall a good experience. Clean tables and restrooms that was a plus.

I recommend this location if you eat inside not carry out. I ordered a Cobb salad to go today and when I have ordered the same salad dining in I received what I would consider my moneys worth as there was a significant amount more lettuce then in the to go version. It’s very disappointing! Additionally, the turkey bacon avocado melt with no tomatoes came with extra tomatoes, no avocado, no bacon. Eating inside you definitely get what you ordered and your moneys worth - do not order to go is my suggestion.

We ordered from this place during covid, no issues...now that covid is over...I have no clue what happened to this place! If you have new Mgt, fire them! Hire someone that will at least make sure the order is cooked! Yep cooked! Have you ever had mushy Belgium waffles (go here to try). My Order... Waffles uncooked..... ordered 2 pie slices, nope never got!..... this place was better during covid then after! Oh yeah....my mushy food....the waffles....they came with no syrup....so I guess my pie and syrup they kept for a laugh (I had to fight through my kitchen construction, 3 boxes to find my syrup, thanks for not putting it in my meal!) When I called to complain about the order, the first girl did not even ask my name and was about to hang up on me as she told me she was taking it off my bill....you have to know who I am to take it off my bill, right? Then I said MGR please! Mgr. gets on line and she is in a hurry to get me off the phone, no....sorry about your order, like she expected us to call or every time a togo order goes out they hold there breath and hope they gave you all the food and then give me uncooked food! To check an order...an online order....it takes what, 15 seconds....they must have been talking about the fun they will be having after work....because they are not standing around checking the order to make sure its complete or cooked. We use to go her alot...we will not return even though we are only 2 miles from this place...sonic has better service and food then this Village Inn. Truly..if you hired a new mgr...fire them....and please make sure the tip I gave the folks who did nothing...finds its way back to my account (catch this review on yelp as well). This place has gone down hill, my wife picked up the order and said no rush, she was the only one in the lobby....so why did they half cook my food...confused about puting pie in the bag when the answer the phone " home of the best pies what pie can we get for you" ...how about the PIE I ORDERED!

Good food. Service extra slow. But waitress tried hard.

Went there this morning 2/15/22, breakfast was really good and our waitress Bre was awesome and quick! I'd give 4 or 5 stars.... but I have an issue with how the hostess addresses me and my wife. Not once, not twice, not even 3 times, but 4 times the hostess referred to me and my wife as "gentlemen". I can understand once, it happens. But 4 times?!Needless to say we won't be back, it was extremely rude.

Sheena was great. Other than the portion and skillet was sooo small now. The food was good.?

I ordered the VIB, everything but the country potato’s was amazing. Our whole table ordered them crispy and they seemed to be even undercooked. The only one of us that had crispy potatoes was my friend. Only after having her plate dropped by the server and having to have it remade. It happens to the best of us, very kind and patient. Just sad about our potatoes

Try their Crab Cake Benedict. Wonderful and the hollandaise was buttery rather than lemony which was perfect for the crab cakes. My partner had the corned hash and for once it looked good even to me. He said it was yummy. I hear their coffee isn't great so we stuck with a mimosa and grapefruit juice. Mmm.... Off to wander Aurora now.
