First and last time at this particular location. They got our bowls correct. However they completely forgot one sauce, and left another sauce container open, letting spill all over the inside of the bag, resulting in a messy order and a second sauce for the order functionally missing. We really enjoy Tokyo Joe’s, but I would recommend getting it from a different location.

The mango rolls were 90% rice. BARELY any fish and the rice was literally mush visibly on close look and on my palate. 8 rolls took 15+ minutes and I was the only customer. I appreciate the refund though. The last time I reviewed a Tokyo Joe's the manager commented back to email her/corporate (took 30m on 1 bowl) on Google. I received NO REPLY to TWO emails when this is what was asked of me. It's all about appearances, right Tokyo Joe's corporate? Look at the pics....you tell me?UPDATE 6/9/2022 - 4d after review....NO RESPONSE....TOKYO JOE'S IS BLATENTLY NOT GIVING A F.

Good staff. Horrible portions. Big dark chicken w/ extra meat only filled up 2/3 of there to-go box. A year ago you would of had a large meal. Now you have a small snack. If you eat more than a small child spend your money elsewhere. The portion to price ratio is just sad.

Very slow service. I have to wait 45 minutes to get my order.

Place use to be a great place to come. Went in today and the place is filthy and the order took forever. The drinks are always broken or empty? UGH! Completely disappointed

Aweful service here. Ordered our food around 8 for dine-in on a friday night. Food finally got to our table at 8:29. Kicked us out right at 8:30. Not a great way to run a restaurant.

I’m giving two stars since customers service was good but I found a long hair strand in my sushi that I order and my noodles that I order which made me lose my appetite.

I placed a delivery order today 3/13/22 @ around 1:06pm at this store. When my food was delivered I did not get my drink. My potstickers had no sauce, I didn't get the extra spicy joes aioli I asked for and my avocado was hard as a rock. I called asking to speak to the manager and the guy who answered tried to get the manager on the phone but I could hear the manager refusing to get on the phone and told the guy who answered to just deal with it. I explained the issues and let them know I did not get my drink. The guy who answered told the manager what was going on and he came back on the phone and said my manager said there was nothing they could do about it. I asked what about my drink that I didn't get and this inedible avocado, the guy was like you can come in and get a drink. I have never received such service in my life. I am a regular customer and will not be eating at Tokyo Joe's again unless this is corrected. The manager would not even get on the phone and I could here the whole exchange between the employee and the manager.

This location is horrible. 4 ot of 5 times my order is wrong. How are you going to give me a bowl without the meat for the 2nd time?!?! And running out of sauce on Friday night at 6? HORRIBLE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

I drove 15 mins because I received an coupon via email. It’s 5 degrees outside. When I got to the southlands location they would not honor the coupon. The manager was extremely rude. I will never go back
