The food is good. Unfortunately, a poor attitude and a lack of any sort of professionalism sense from the current manager, specifically, is my reason for 1 star. Extremely poor experience for my family and I.
Great place for fast, healthy Japanese food!! I wish they had miso soup on their menu and a wider selection of Sushi
They completely ignore their delivery people. You might have to wait a half an hour for an order past the time it said it was supposed to be ready.

I placed a delivery order today 3/13/22 @ around 1:06pm at this store. When my food was delivered I did not get my drink. My potstickers had no sauce, I didn't get the extra spicy joes aioli I asked for and my avocado was hard as a rock. I called asking to speak to the manager and the guy who answered tried to get the manager on the phone but I could hear the manager refusing to get on the phone and told the guy who answered to just deal with it. I explained the issues and let them know I did not get my drink. The guy who answered told the manager what was going on and he came back on the phone and said my manager said there was nothing they could do about it. I asked what about my drink that I didn't get and this inedible avocado, the guy was like you can come in and get a drink. I have never received such service in my life. I am a regular customer and will not be eating at Tokyo Joe's again unless this is corrected. The manager would not even get on the phone and I could here the whole exchange between the employee and the manager.
Overall it was good but my shrimp was rubber, so over cooked.
This place is usually pretty good as far as the food goes. Today we had to take the largest table (for two of us) because no one would clean off tables. The young cashier just stood there playing on his phone instead.
I work across the street from them so my coworkers send me over there to pick up food all the time and, if I got to choose, I would not go here. Literally, every single time, they mess up the orders.
Employees were friendly, but I got home and realized there were definitely ingredients missing - including my dressing.
Miss Talia is the best! She is so super sweet, and super friendly. Best service I've had here hands down.
