Ordered one of their popular bubble tea (when you open Uber eats menu it’s marked as “popular). Light creamy tea texture. They added regular boba along with tiny boba. I’m impressed with overall quality of boba and the tea itself. (And I’m a boba addict so generally it’s hard to impress me).Great job guys ?

As a loyal customer since Tiger Sugar started its business, I have to say that the Tiger Sugar in Denver is way way below any humanitarian standard and I'm very disappointed, sad, and outraged because of the staffs' unprofessional operation and rude service. It took them about 5 minutes or more to prepare a single drink (not my own waiting time, just my observation of the time they cost on every drink). The lady used an electronic weight to adjust the amount of boba she would put in my drink, and she weighted and added the boba SIX TIMES! Everytime she added 3 pellets then 3 pellets more. Is the price of boba materials (simply tapioca flour) so expensive right now that you have to add my boba one by one? Amazing. The Black lady educated me that fullfilling the cup with ice is their ''standard'' and could not be adjusted. Ok, let me educate this lovely Black lady: your ice is more than TWICE of every single Tiger Sugar I visited in the United States.A quick note to the brand owner: either close your Denver branch or dismiss all the staffs there if you don't want your business burning down some day.A quick note to bubble tea lovers in Denver: run away! It's not the authentic Tiger Sugar in any dimension from product to speed to service.

Love this place and I’ve only visit once. The only issue is the fact that they only serve boba and have no seating places not somewhere you can sit which is great ya know. They do have boba pop corn which is a big plus I didn’t order but not worth $3 in my opinion but will see once I order it. Plus they have somewhere to take pictures kinda but they never confirm if you want boba they never asked me if I wanted boba they just assumed I didn’t like that and was to scared to let them know. And payed 10+ dollars. They really don’t offer the new flavors I had to figure that out myself before I came in because the posters. Cause they normal serve milk tea brown sugar boba. Anyways this is lengthy but I do recommend if your in a rush and just want boba.

I initially really like this place, it had some creative options and I heard a lot about it from my friends. I had first ordered the egg pudding drink and it was delicious, I loved the fact that there was an actual serving of egg pudding within the drink. However, it became very heavy very fast, thinking it was cause of the egg pudding, I brushed it off. The next time I went, I got a plain milk tea and it ended up being so heavy yet again. I know milk tea is heavy but this milk tea literally felt as if I was drinking heavy cream from the cup.

The order took a long time to receive and had wayyyy too much ice. I was disappointed that I ordered an XL and half the cup was filled with ice. They didn’t allow us the option to have less ice like other boba places. Pretty pricey . Not worth it.

Been wanting to try tiger sugar for a while now. I’m a super duper boba fan. But this one makes me sad. The price is higher than their competitors like sharetea and the boba is over iced even if you say light ice. Maybe I will order no ice next time so my $ will be happy. Beside that, everything is great. The pearls needs more boiling but the boba are perfectly cooked. We ordered 4 different drinks to test what is hype. I will go back if I’m in the area but totally gonna stay ordering at share tea or kung fu tea because the serving proportions is sad at tiger sugar. Boba fans unite!

I’m obsessed! I’ve tried the the signature drink and coffee latte version and both were SO GOOD. As others have said the flavor of the drink and the actual boba pearls are amazing. New favorite boba spot!

BWhat a gem! I visited Tiger Sugar for the first time this morning and was seriously impressed. I ordered their #1 Signature drink for myself and it was incredible. I could absolutely drink one every day- although the other drinks on the menu look tasty I'd probably never try anything else I liked it so much. My son got the Tiger Mango Sago, which was also fantastic, and my husband got a T7 Green Tea Latte which he said he enjoyed. The only thing that would make Tiger Sugar better would be a location on the north side of Denver!!;)BTW, I want to commend the young woman working there this morning. She was by herself, making drinks and running the register and it was pretty busy. Even so, she made great drinks and was friendly and kind to everyone in the shop.

I love this tiger sugar place. It’s the best boba tea I have had at Colorado. A lot of places copy brown sugar boba tea, but tiger sugar it’s the top one. I can drink two cups every time.

Last time. Such a poor experience. Not allowing to have less ice option. All you get is 2/3 of cup of ice.“We measure everything precisely” meaning we are not giving you any little bit of drink for your $6.
