I’m going to admit, haven’t even tried the food yet. Did a carry out order, called it in, was told 15-20 minutes. Came to get it and the hostess forgot to put the order in. I sat and waited. It was obvious they were busy and she was apologetic, I’m honestly a little surprised they didn’t do anything from a service perspective. No offer for a beverage while waiting, no offer for a discount, nothing. I still tipped 20% because serving can be rough. But $77 for an hour of my time might have been worth something. Hope the order is worth it.

I honestly had hoped for better. My husband and I visited The Rock on May 8th for a Mother’s Day dinner. I was disappointed right from the start. I ordered a piña colada and was told that they were out of piña colada mix. I thought “mix?” well, OK then. I asked for a margarita on the rocks instead, but it really did not taste good at all and I had a few sips and could not finish the rest. Next I ordered their vegetarian combination plate which included a taco, burrito and a cheese enchilada. I asked for this meal to be prepared with black beans only and no refried beans. I got the meal and it was made with refried beans with only black beans on the side. I told them not to worry about it and then I was brought another burrito made with black beans that I had not asked for. As I’m just letting go of the issue I’m trying to eat my meal and I then find three large pieces of chicken in my in my food. I had barely gotten through my food and was unable to eat anymore and just wanted to leave the restaurant. However, we ended up waiting at least another 15 minutes before we could even pay and leave. We had two people waiting on us ( I’m not sure why) and the man was very polite. I appreciated his Politeness but I just was not very happy at all. He took off the amount for my meal however my husband could barely get through his meal either. When we both left this establishment we both Felt nauseous. So basically the whole experience was unfortunately terrible. My husband and I go out to eat often and the last time I had to give a bad review was several years ago. So, I feel sad that I had to give this restaurant that is close to our home a bad review. I also hope that they will do a much better job when it comes to their vegetarian meals.

Had such a great time. The food options are vast and the quality is delicious. The staff is for sure the best in town. Multiple people checked in us, each time they passed, they were there for us. The cups were never left dry, and the friendly neighborhood feel is unmatched. We will definitely go back, kids are welcome and the music was even on par.

Had a nice brunch in the bar area. Young staff forgot a couple food items but the seasoned staff was on top of it quickly, and kindly pointed it out without being rude to the newbies. To me that says a lot about the place! The food was also yummy and so was the mimosa.

They shut down during the pandemic, we supported them, through pick up orders. However, for several months, the service is horrible, food was ok. We’ve been going to them for years! Today, we were seated and sat there for 10 minutes. No one came by, no one said a word. It wasn’t that busy and staff was standing around. We finally left. We have voiced our concerns to the manager. This has happened several times and to other customers. So, it’s time to move on. We won’t be going back.

I come in here almost everyday after work just to unwind before I go home. One time I decided to bring my son in to get him dinner so I wouldn't have to cook (it was a long day). When I brought him in, I was treated so rudely by one of the bartenders that I didn't even know how to respond. I don't even know what I did wrong. I always tip well, am always polite, and am always cordial to everyone. Unfortunately I won't be back after that experience. I'll take my money elsewhere.

This has been our go-to local restaurant for years. But it’s probably time to look for another option. We had a new server. He was polite, though slow. He returned to our table 3x to clarify our order while entering it. We ordered a beer and a water. We ordered one of the burgers /fries and the special - tostados and asked for no beans anywhere on the plate. Drinks took a while to arrive. Dinner was half right. Burger was fine and fries were piping hot. The tostados (chicken) were fine but on top of refried beans. Sent it back only to receive the food scraped onto a new plate sans beans and the underside of the tostados covered in beans. The manager listened to us, taking too long to understand the tostados were made correctly but dirty with beans. She didn’t seem to see a problem with the replating. She stated she’d comp half the cost of the meal. Because we talked to the manager, the new server avoided our table the rest of the night and wouldn’t look us in the eye when clearing our plates or bringing the check. There was no adjustment on our bill. It was too difficult to get the manager to understand our issue with the order so we gave up on holding her to the credit. Overall a very disappointing experience on a not too busy night for the restaurant.

Good food, great atmosphere. We sat on the patio and loved it. Our reservation apparently wasn't listed. Our server took our orders correctly but our food wasn't prepared right. It wasn't difficult. We were celebrating and had higher hopes for our experience. I still gave it a 4 because except for those minor issues we love it.

The quality of their food has really gone down hill. I won't be going back any time soon. All of our food was served cold. The food tasted old. Our server was very sweet.

Today I was sadly disappointed. We were close to the first people in. Ordered. And basically the last to get our order. No true apology just an excuse. No manager came over. No check in. I enjoy coming here and will give them another chance but very disappointed.
