I ordered Egg Fooyung and I got some big looking biscuit thing that was hard and did not look like any type of egg I've ever seen. That is not what egg Fooyung should look like. The gravy was also very runny like soup. I was not pleased, very unsatisfied and I asked for my money back or for them to give me something else in replace for the Fooyung. The lady was very rude and disrespectful they would not substitute or give me my money back. all the lady could say was "we've been doing it this way for 35 years and never had a complaint"They clearly do not have any good customer service and this is by far unacceptable especially because I'm a regular customer. They did nothing to make this right. BEWARE.05/26/2022- I spoke with manager Jenny today and she made things right with me,she replaced my meal and it satisfactory.
Service was strange. 2 people in my party of 14 needed a minute to decide. Everyone else ordered and got their food before the waiter came back to take the last orders. It was quick but a little awkward. The food was just ok.

Salmon Fried Rice!!!! One day, I'll order something else but it won't be soon!! I LOVE IT! I also love this restaurant. It's so consistently clean and inviting and the staff is so nice. ??

I love this place, there is never a wait. The food come out very fast and the service is great. The Mongolian beef with fried rice. Make sure you order the hot tea as well. The bathrooms are always clean. I highly recommend this place it’s a hidden gem. The prices during lunch time are very reasonable even after they increased after covid. Check it out you will not be disappointed.

This East Cafe Chinese Restaurant I give this a 2 star! If you plan to meet a few friends there you may not be given a table to wait for them to show up while you order for yourself. When you or a few friends visit there for a meal your served a half full glass drinks and wait quite awhile before the server returns to check if you need a refill. Poor service!!! Your limited to 90 minutes visit and having to waiting on your server to show up while you are there cuts into the time you are there to enjoy a meal. Waste of your Time to eat there and over priced $$$ for the service.
Love this place especially the wonderful staff. We miss Chang but Steven and the rest of the wonderful team are amazing. Thank you for being a place to enjoy an evening with the family. .
