Very solid rice noodle soups. The spicy beef sirloin and pork chop noodles were great. Some of the ingredients were overcooked but the flavor was great.

We ordered tomato beef rice noodles and this is the driest beef tenderloin I’ve ever tasted. The broth is weirdly sour, while the meat is too salty. The octopus meatball is also slightly burnt outside but half raw inside.

Ordered spicy beef noodle and it was far from spicy. I was really craving spicy. Broth was clear with some flavor. It kind of tasted like soup base for hot pot, a piece of corn and big leafs of lettuce were thrown in there. Lettuce isn’t something you use in a soup. The noodles were that of Spaghetti noodles. It had a taste to it that indicated the noodles needed to be washed and rinsed a bit more. That could definitely be improved. I ordered the spicy beef tripe and that was fresh and flavorful, but not spicy at all. That was disappointing, that even though their many dishes says spicy, no jalapeños, peppers or anything to give it a kick. The only thing they got right was the cooking done in 10 seconds!

I took my kids to Ten Seconds tonight. We got the tendon, pig ears, and gyoza. They were all incredible. The tendon and pig ears had good Sichuan spice and the dipping sauce matched perfectly with the gyoza. My son got the tonkatsu ramen and it was fabulous. He eats this everywhere we go and he loved it. I got the lamb hot pot and my daughter got the spicy beef. Both broths were rich, spicy, and had great depth of flavor. The bowls were huge, as well. I highly recommend this place. It will definitely be one of our new go to restaurants!

Not at all Yun Nan rice noodles despite the name of the place. 过桥米线 guòqiáo mĭxiàn is a particular specialty of Yun nan province, typically made in a lovely chicken broth with a thick layer of fat in a clay insulated pot. The rest of the ingredients are served with it like banchan (side dishes) in a Korean restaurant or like the sprouts, basil and lime are served in a pho place - on the side. You then put them all into the noodles. What we have here instead is noodles like I've had in Hong Kong and Taiwan. But two whole different things, two whole different tastes.

Spacious place for Chinese noodles. If you're looking for something other than ramen or pho, then this place is it. It also offers ramen in case there's someone in your party that's on the fence. Prices are average for a bowl of soup noodles, but the portion is pretty big for what you're getting. Also got some takoyaki and cheese wontons on this visit. The takoyaki are hot when they come out; so hot they'll burn your mouth if you're not careful. The cheese wontons are exactly what you think, nothing special there. I don't know if they serve boba drinks here or not since there is a poster outside depicting them, but the menu did not specifically state that they had it. I ordered a brown sugar tiger milk with pudding and it was pretty good; a little too sweet but it was fine. The pudding at the bottom breaks up easily so you won't have to struggle sucking it up through the straw. Now, on to the main dish. I ordered the tomato noodles with beef sirloin. The broth is a tomato flavored broth with bits of cabbage, 2 giant leaves of lettuce, a small section of a corn on the cob, and a slice of tomato. The noodles looked like ramen noodles. The sirloin for the most part was on the tough end, but there were some tender pieces in there too. This option wasn't spicy at all, and is one of the few options on their menu that isn't spicy. The flavor was still on point though. Next time I'll try something on the spicy spectrum and give another review on that. I was too full to try any of their desserts, so maybe next time as well for that.

Tried chicken feet take out, as I have not eaten it for long time. It was so good!!Will definitely go back to try other food!

I always go Hmart to pick up my Asian food supply ones a month. Today, I want to try beef noodle soup, and a milk tea. I like my soup hot, I know you can do better. Maybe I will give a second try. Friendly staffs, broth is little light on beef, but a lot of meat, but the price was friendly, it’s… little more now,

I absolutely loved the spicy beef tripe (warning: it really is spicy!) and the mixed fruit tea. Just wanted a quick and simple lunch today, but I’m now looking forward to enjoying more of the menu items.

Delicious food. Clean environment, helpful and courteous staff!
