Upon arrival I tipped the delivery driver $5. I thought that was slightly generous. I was then asked for approximately 50 cents to cover the cost of a very small amount of caesar dressing. To witch point I gave him an additional dollar bill. Did I get change back? No he kept it for himself as though I was an inconvenience. The food was sub par and the service was worse. I normally would give this establishment 5 stars. But this experience of pure greediness and extremely invasive customer service makes me replace it at a solid one star. Not happy!!
Quick, tasty food. Great place that has character and lots of history.
Decent food. The philly on broadway is much better. That being said, this is close. Now I've called at least 5 times and checked online ordering even more. This place never answers the phone and online ordering is down... Hoping the owner sees this.
Great place to have a Philly sandwich. I always get the works! I take it to go normally. The only downside is they do not serve fries, only chips as a side. I have never had a bad sandwich from here and the food is always hot and does not take long to get. You can always call your order in ahead of time. I highly recommend this place and will be back.

I love their Philly cheese stake. Service is good.Nothing extra ordinary and they seem to have only one kind of bread I found out. Taste wise, lovely!
Usually we are really happy with their food. This time there was hardly any cheese in our sandwiches. The meat and roll was over done. I'm from Cherry Hill, N.J. 60's. 70's. A suburb of Philly, I know cheese steaks.?

This place is my go-to for Philly cheese steaks. It's not only close to where I live, but their cheese steaks are always spot-on. I originally started going to this chain while living in Ft Collins, and when I found out there was one a few miles away from my place in Aurora, I made my way down here and got a sandwich. Now, whenever I'm in the mood, I can always trust this place to take care of my fix. The Hot Popper Philly is what I usually order, and it has never disappointed me. Think of a cream cheese popper mixed in with the shredded beef on a hoagie. I can inhale a large size sandwich within 5 minutes; that's how good they are! Their signature Phillies are also great too: green pepper, the works, etc. I've never tried their Reuben, but I overheard one of the workers tell a customer how popular it was, so maybe I should try one next time I pop in?
