Absolutely terrible costumer service, came at 7:50 and while I was walking up to the door the lady ran up and locked the door, when we asked her what time they closed and she said 8 gave us some type of hand gesture and walked off. Absolutely terrible workers who don't care

Hands down the worst subway. Avoid at all costs. If you get lucky and stop in at a time they have bread (been turned away 3 of my last 4 times), the staff is openly hostile to the customers. Yesterday I was in there 5 minutes waiting to be helped while the 2 employees went on and on about how much they hate people coming in. Tried to get a lunch combo and was told they can't sell the combos, and cookies are only sold in quantities of 3. I was wrung up and the employee walked off before giving me my sandwich, receipt or cup. Reached over to get sandwich and receipt myself, but had to ask the other worker to give me the cup and she just stared daggers at me.I'll be very surprised if this location isn't shuttered in 6 months.
NOTE TO OWNER!!! Do you not care about your business so much that you don't even read your reviews? If did you would see they are terrible. This store is so disgustingly dirty in the dining area, that one doesn't have to wonder what the back of house looks like. Just hope I don't get sick. Won't be back.
I wish I had read the reviews first. I have ordered twice in the last month, both times they say they are out of wheat bread. Also tried to call them regarding my order phone just kept ringing, found out that they do not have a phone, what business does not have a phone???? Wont use them again.
Very rude staff. Toasted sandwich was still cold somehow. Honestly don't think they turned on the oven. Painful interaction really

The subway on ILife and 225 is the worst subway I have ever been to. My sandwich is simple and complicated at the same time and the sandwich artist was not happy at the way I wanted my sandwich made. Also they keep the knifes in a dirty water container and pull the knife out all wet and nasty from the water to help fold the sandwich. I was so grossed out I just threw my sandwich away. And because of the initial issues with the employee I did not even ask to have to have a new sandwich made. Please stay away from this subway
