i was ordering online and due to shortage what i wanted wasn't available :( however john told me all the other options and helped me get the order cancelled and refunded. true and (the most important) customer service happens when something is wrong. how its handled shows the quality of the establishment! thanks john!

My mother in law got sick not sure what made her sick but won't go here again
The people that were there were very mater of fact my granddaughter is 9 and she wasn't sure what she wanted. The lady waiting on her had sort of a hurry up attitude yet we were the only ones in the store.
It tooked a long time to get my sub, staff was very slow, I asked for a cup for water and I was charged for. Not going back to this location.
They were really busy but still made a tasty sandwich quickly
Nicest subway staff, so my review is based on that. They also deal with some of the rudest customers I've ever seen in a subway, the heck is wrong with some of you - clearly not raised right. I'm not sure I could deal with those same customers, so when you walk in and see them working hard to get through a big lunch rush, give them a break or make your own sandwich at home!The rest is...well...subway. You've seen it, I've seen it...not much to say. You can probably close your eyes and you already know what it looks like.
Don't order online they will always leave things off two orders in a row , go inside so you can see them are sandwiches

Staff is always friendly, clean restaurant and fresh food.
I've always enjoyed the service and the food from this location until today. Unfortunately our decent food was followed by my wife being told that she has to smile for the card reader to work... I tried telling the cashier that his comments could easily be misconstrued as flirting an the defense mechanisms began to fly. All would have been made better by a simple apology, but instead we were met by back peddling and attempts at justification by both the cashier and junior behind the vegetables who seemed to get aggressive for some reason. Despite the sexism and the attempts to set mankind back another generation in that field, the sandwiches were still pretty good.
