Normally it is a great subway. It is 8:50 pm and they close at 9pm . The girl working tonight Wednesday June 29th has decided she wants to go home early and she had locked the place up early. I pulled on both doors and they were locked. If your business says you close at 9 pm you stay open until then. You don't let an employee decide when you lock the doors.
The manager is a horrible choice for teaching people the ropes. I went in to get my husband food because he is a diabetic. As I was waiting there were two cashiers seemed very new the manager screamed and yelled at them when they were simply asking a question. She proceeded to get aggressive with the female worker and told her she was fired in front of everyone I am disgusted and I did record the incident with my phone I would never support this establishment again. No one should be treated that way.
Ordered online a toasted sub and it was freaking soaking wet full and couldn't eat it. It was put in a plastic bag for at least 20mind until I arrived at the pickup time. Staff don't understand the paper bags are for toasted subs only and plastic bags are cold sub to avoid the sub being wet from being hot inside an enclosed place. Teach these workers better. Note toasted sub with less meat or mass will have less water from being in a plastic bag for 20minutes but heavy weight is meat subs suffer this issue more.
Virginia Martinez is a terrible manager and probably a horrible person! I walked in to pick up a DoorDash order and there were two friendly young employees one asked the other a question about how many scoops for a portion and then the manager came out the bathroom in a rage yelling at her employees trying to force one to go to the back! She told the employee of they did not go to the back she would send them home. The employee had tears in her eyes and said she would go home then the manager said well Your fired! The manager was so hostile and aggressive I would never feel safe or happy as a customer or as an employee. She even them became irate and hostile towards guests when they spoke up for the employee. She had no empathy and lacks every character trait a manager should have. I will never go to that Subway again as long as Virginia is employed there! She lost several customers all because of her attitude and aggression.
Come here every Friday for a year, I work next door at king soopers.The manager whom started today 5/27 is awful.No more discounts for king soopers employees, lady is absolutely rude and on a power trip…I’m sitting here listening to her rudely demand respect while demeaning the employees and not being a real leader and earning said respect.I’d honestly just ask for a refund and hand my sandwich back but I don’t wanna talk to the new manager again.We went from horrible rude employees last year, to nice friendly ones and made me come extra…Back to rude whoever this is…Sadly this will be my last visit.Unbelievable guys.
costumer service is absolutely horrible. Two people were in the back laughing while i was waiting for someone to help me. I waited 7 minutes and ended up leaving after i said “excuse me” several times.
I was just in there an am appalled on how things where just ran there. The lady working was doing larg what looked like a dasher order. She stopped to help the man Infront of me than continued the Dasher ordered. The Dasher was not there yet. Two other people then walked in. One of them then walked out for how long it was taking and the Dasher still not there to pick up the order. 15 more minutes went by. A man came in to ask for water she stopped what she was doing to help him and get him water. She never helped me during all of this with me just getting one sandwich. I ended up leaving and I saw when I was pulling out the person the last person who is waiting ended up leaving too. This was a huge waste of my time. I hope no one gives this Subway away to waste anyone else's.
Sign stated they closed at 8pm I got there at 7:35 and the doors were locked, lady with dyed red hair and her con worker were standing there laughing at me and said they didn’t care and I should go somewhere else. This is the worst I’ve ever been treated and I want something done about this.”UPDATE” just got a call supposedly from the store manager who advised that the store closes early if they are slow. I understand if they are closing 5-10 minutes early but 30 minutes ?? Give me a break. Poor management reflects poor employees.

My review is for Subway Corporate who have done a magnificent job insulation themselves from the horrible promotions the advertise for, and I CAN NOT leave a review for Subway Corporate!! So sorry local franchisee.... this one's for you but I hope you will pass on this bad review to corporate and hopefully get their attention."Buy 2, Get One Free Footlong"..... Subway: online or app only! Or "buy a footlong get the next one 50% off!!! Helluva deal... just as is "come down and buy a cup of coffee and we'll GIVE YOU A FREE CAR!!!!!! NOPE! You can try all you want, but it never shows up online or on the app when it's time to pony up money. BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Meanwhile, the poor franchisee is left with the complaints and in most cases they tell you "yes, we hear all the time how the app and online, but us little guys will honor the Subway promotion (they so unscrupulously advertise)".
Pretty tasty. Some workers needa not show up to work if they're going to be hanging face though
