Lady behind the counter looked like she just came from the gym. I ordered my sandwich and she kept staring outside and never acknowledged me. Sloppily made my sandwich, forget to put avocado on it, didn’t cut it. Clearly there was something more important than the customer on her mind.

In June I made a mobile order and they took my money and said it was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the store there was nobody there. I reached out to corporate online to try to get a refund with no response and both times I’ve called the store they said as soon as the owner comes in they would pass the information along and I could get my refund. It’s been almost 2 months and I haven’t gotten a call back or a refund. That night i didn’t even get to eat dinner because that was literally my last. Everything is so expensive now and days and the money i wasted on this mobile order I could’ve used at chipotle or somewhere that would’ve at least been open. really disappointed in this experience and I’ll never be coming back.
I wish I would have read the reviews first. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. Unprofessional and couldn’t even make the sandwich from the menu. I had to tell her what it included and she had to keep looking at the menu saying “oh yeah”. I ordered 3 foot long steak monsters and they were awful. Very little meat. 27$ down the drain! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
The person that was there helping was an amazing and inspiring person. Even though there was a few hiccups, her positive attitude was well deserved 5 stars in my books. Please help her out in trying to make the only star bucks close to me better. I'm talking to the higher ups. Thanks to the manager there for all your hard work, keep it up!!
Awful!! Had to laugh at that under new management sign. THE NEW MANAGEMENT SUCKS!! How on earth do you not have lettuce or regular white Italian bread?! Since when does an entire sandwich have to be toasted when adding bacon?! The one sandwich we did get with the white Italian bread tasted like it was days old it was chewy and stale as hell! Last I checked a club sandwich had turkey ours didn't!! Tomatoes were mushy and tasted disgusting!! Called to complain to get a refund and to NO surprise there was NO MANAGER on duty!! Was told I would get a phone call back and I'm still waiting!! Sandwiches weren't even edible!!
I ordered a sandwich for pickup around noon. I got to the restaurant and it was closed. They still charged my card. They are rarely open, but have not changed their hours on the store or online.
ALERT Don't go here. I ordered online over a week ago when I went to pick up my order at noon nobody was in the store and the doors were locked. I tried to call the store and nobody answered. I had to email subway to try to get my money back and still have not heard from them I have since tried to call the store twice during business hours with no answer. I am hoping someone from subway sees this post and reaches out to me.
Generally speaking I avoid posting bad reviews but in this case I felt the need to add my 2 cents. I have never had an issue when the store was open, however it is never open as late as they claim. There have been several times I have pulled into the parking close to an hour before "they close" only to find the door locked and the lights off. Not sure who manages this location but they do a terrible job!
i came in and both teenagers were in the dining area sitting there. I asked for southwest chipotle and he put baja chipotle. I said it was wrong. and he said no mam its the same one i get home and its spicy its not the same one. super bummed. my sandwhich looked like a burrito super bad and the veggies were completely put the sandwhich he put everything in the middle of the bread and wrapped it like a burrito.
Arrived at 5pm on a Sunday. All the lights were off and the doors were locked. We saw 1 employee standing behind the counter watching us trying to open the door. Sign on the door says they close at 9pm on Sundays. Sounds like this place needs to close down after reading all the other reviews saying they are never open. What a joke.
