Went to Subway on Quincy in Aurora for my daughter who has Stage 4 Cancer. Subway, for some reason, is one of the few things she enjoys and doesn't get sick from. She gets the Veggie Sub with oil and vinegar on the side, because she can only eat a little at a time and doesn't want the whole sub to get soggy. Well, they messed up her order and put it on the sub. I went back and a gentleman named Evan made it right and was so kind and gracious. He even added a bonus and put a cookie in the bag for her! Thank you, Evan!
Nice clean place I grab lunch at a couple times a month.
I’m not sure which worker it was but they made my day and told me I was pretty. Put a smile on my face :)(Sandwiches were delicious too!)
why do you need a menu if you can't just choose something from it? 1001 questions about what to put in the proposed sandwich. Is it that hard to just make a sandwich? Or do your employees not know what they are doing?
The asian girl running the register was handling peoples cash while wearing gloves and not changing them when going to finish sandwiches, and the black girl making sandwiches had her mask down under her chin. What's the point of sanitation rules if nobody follows them? We ended up leaving before our turn in line came up, it was just gross.
The 2 employees got an attitude about me asking for marinara sauce on my chicken to make it a chicken parm. They were set on we don’t do that in this store if it’s not on the menu we don’t do it. To which I was surprised because the point of all the options is to mix and match and make your sandwich how you like. When I then spoke to the store manager he told me “ so you want me to open a whole bag of marinara just for you” I told him I didn’t need a whole bag and if he wanted to up charge me for the sauce it was ok. Al 3 employees had and attitude about the whole ordeal. So I had to leave unsatisfied with my order. Can honestly say I will not be returning to this location. Not will my employees
The kid working there tonight isn't to bright. I ask for a steak and cheese... that's on me. I told the kid not toasted. So he proceeds to put the cold steak on my sandwich... I said you're not gonna warm it up... he's says... I should've asked you. He said a lot of people like it cold... a steak and cheese sandwich cold. Mind you, I'm a grown man and have been eating subway for some years and never have I ever seen anyone ordering that sandwich cold. I could be wrong but I don't know. After tonight with 2 different subways I learned 2 things. 1. I'm never eating at a subway again and 2. If these are the kids that are going to lead us in the future... we're in trouble.
Very efficient and friendly employees. Orders done quick and neatly.
I love this subway! They are open early and the staff is always friendly.
I was running errands today, I was in a different car than I normally drive (i have masks in my regular car) I had forgotten to bring a face mask.I walked in and a employee(a lady in her 40's) immediately asked me to wear a face mask. I asked if they had an extra one and they said no. I am vaccinated I was treated as though I was a sick. Even if I was sick(which i am not) the employees had their masks on so there is nothing for them to worry about. Also remember just a few feet away from me are people with there masks off eating their sandwiches. I guess a soon as your sandwich hits one of their tables in the restaurant then you're ok to spread your germs/covid. Your employees should focus on cleaning and making sandwiches, not enforcing a silly policy. I won't be ordering from this subway anymore. P.s. the lady that told me to wear a mask(didn't catch her name, but we'll just call her Karen) has waited on me before, and when she is focused on her actual job, she is good at it. But she sent me away hungry. I drove one mile down the road to the subway on Buckley and Quincy and they served me no problem.
