This is undoubtedly the consistently worst Starbucks I have ever encountered (and I have lived all over). Slow service, wrong orders, cold drinks (not the iced kind) and indifferent employees. Drive a few miles to the far better Legends Coffee / may have to cancel my Starbucks credit card.

Venti light ice matcha. Why is this not all the way full? Because it’s light ice. But I always order light ice and it’s never 2/3 full. Also this is not light ice it’s full of ice. We can make you another one (after waiting for 15 minutes on my lunch break for 2 cars in front of me. Brick and mortar Starbucks suck. This one in particular can not make a matcha to save their lives. Usually I have to ask to mix the matcha in because there’s always floating matcha powder. Today 2/3 full for $6+ ! Nice workers but my drink is ALWAYS wrong. You ALWAYS have to wait at least 10 minutes no matter what time of day. King Soopers Hampden and Tower is the best Starbucks experience I get. Try them if you want your drink made right in less than 3-5 minutes. Last time giving my money to them for a cup full of ice and 3 drinks of tea. Get it together!!

I've never had an order take less than 30 minutes here. Most recently I asked about a drink I was missing and they told me they were working on it before going back to the drive thru orders for another 10 minutes. Eventually another batista stepped in and had my drink done in seconds.

I dont mean to be put 1 star reviews but I went there today to get coffee I get 3 coffee but received only 2 coffee and thay to me to site in car we will get ur coffee to ur car nd I been wait like 10 min no body show up the one thay trying to give me that coffee is bad and I left from there didn't person show up so I left nd didn't even get my money back

Someone needs to retrain the employees so they're not so shocked every time someone alters their drink to their dietary needs. They also rarely make drinks correctly the first time and overcharge for things other Starbucks do not.

My favorite Starbucks. Everyone's so nice and they have never gotten an order wrong. They're truly amazing individuals.

Always takes forever in the drive thru and had two of the worst coffees I’ve ever had. They take 10 min per car just to even service customer’s. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I would never go to this one again.

To slow for ordering. I've tried a few times but nothing gets better. They don't fill the cup up. I'd rather drive 5 miles away to a store that fixes it's problems

Went in on a Tuesday around 2 and got to speak to EJ! They were so sweet and happy, it made my day!! They asked fun questions, seemed genuinely excited and happy about my good news and had a positive outlook on a snowy winter day at the drive through window. I would return just to speak to EJ again... And get a good drink too I guess?

This location is always slammed. So if come here be prepared to wait specially in drive thru. It’s like any over starbucks. The customer service is above average tho. We have never had an bad experience at this location. I highly recommend this location if you are in the area.
