I got grande almond milk 6 pump Chai with cinnamon on top. So Yummy!!! I drank it so fast I forgot to take picture maybe next time ?☕️
The worst service ever, you would think at the prices of coffee, they would get the order right. ??????
I absolutely love this Starbucks in particular because of the great customer service from ALL employees. My food and drinks are always prepared and served to me with perfection! If I could give you guys a 10 I would in a heartbeat ? ? ? Keep up the great work! ???
I am not a big fan of coffee places. I take my granddaughter and her friend her or try to take them once a week after school. They both love their Fraps. The service is always on task & friendly. I would recommend to all you coffee lovers
It is 30 degrees outside and the air is on blast. I asked the baristas to turn it down or off and this was an issue. It’s very repelling to host business meetings, do work here when this is the environment to sit in. I’m in my coat, a hoodie, a beanie and I am still freezing! On top of the chill from the drive thru window. I work in restaurants I get it as a worker u get hot but the guest is the first priority and I don’t feel that care when I asked for a temp change.
If I am being very honest the drive thru in the mornings is the worst!which i understand because everyone wants their coffee but man when you get close to ordering somehow they are always out of drinks requested. SMH to the point i had to switch my coffee location to Dutch Bros across from Starbucks, and i must say since they open up they never have they been out of stock on anything.
This is the worst Starbucks I have been too. I suggest going to Dutch Bros across the street! Starbucks staff is nice but they are out of soo many items. I am breastfeeding and have to drink decaf. It taste like water and creamer which makes me think they are out of decaf and watering down regular coffee which is why my carmel macchiato looks like water and creamer. I tried to call and let them know but the line was busy and hung up.
Hazmat needed to be called over spilled gas. The GM didn't let the store close and didn't want hazmat there. Employees felt sick, some had passed out. They were told to clean it up anyway. One employee is now hospitalized and the company is not supporting her. The GM has no clue how to treat people or run a business. She's only worried about making money.
I usually go to this Starbucks because it’s behind my home..it’s always hit or miss with drinks and service but after today I’ll never go back there..I was waiting in the lobby for almost 20 mins waiting on one drink..I’ll be goin to Dutch bros across the street from now on
