Poor customer service, no greetings when you come through the door, your food bags are left open on the counter food exposed. Waited almost 10mins for my drink to be wrong. Not once as I was standing there did any worker approach me to see if needed help. Thanks to the manager for her help after she questioned if I ordered the wrong drink.....

Stood there for 3 minutes waiting to be helped. Was not aknowledged by anyone of the three employees. Stood at the register and one of the lady's took off her apron and walked off while the other woman turned her back to me to continue her phone conversation. Horrible starbucks service as usual. Starbucks Blows. And not in a good way. ???
Ordered a cafe vanilla bean frappe w oat milk. Got my order without any actual shots in it. I hate asking for remakes but I needed caffeine bad and they were kind, realized, and remade it. The person who did it again seemed unsure and def used a dead shot because it tasted like icky runny grounds. It’s my go but I’m too introverted to try again. I think the new hires need some help. Kind of seemed they weren’t guiding their new staff or had too much faith in them— either that or this specific person was being poopy for gigs.
I have to say this place gets better and better!!! I stop at this Starbucks alot. At first it was ok better then the other one I use to go to. The make sure the get to know the people who stop by frequently and always makes sure my drink is right. YOU GUYS ROCK IT and thank you for starting my day of right!!!
Mandy and her crew are absolutely the BEST! On a snowy day three weeks ago they welcomed my family with open arms while we each waited to visit my mom to say our goodbyes since Univ Hospital understandably had a strict visitor limit. The entire crew graciously helped us with drink and food orders while we were there. Before we left Mandy bid us a thoughtful farewell that was greatly appreciated. She and her crew are the epitome of fantastic customer service! They were truly a blessing to us! Thank you again Scranton Starbucks Crew!
It's been almost a year since I have had Starbucks. No, seriously! But it's well deserved when you land in Denver and are rushed off your plane to the hospital for internal bleeding. Currently... Stuck here for a bit longer. Not really sure what I'm going to do, but the staff is awesome. The entire place is clean. A really cute barista already knows my name. All I need is a piano ? and Cheers mate.
Stop by this location for The first time! Drive-through was quick, my coffee and egg bites were perfect. But most of all, I enjoyed chatting with the employees at the window! Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but the girl with the blue hair was just the best! Thanks for making my morning A bit more fun!
I love Starbucks they have one of my favoritest Frappuccinos. This location is located conveniently near University Hospital off of Colfax. They're a little slow but definitely worth the wait especially on a cold day when you want something hot to drink.
