I’m not one to write negative reviews but after many unfair instances thought this warranted one. This Starbucks was our go to for a long time since it’s so close to our church. We come here about 4-5 times a week if not more. Current management of this Starbucks needs help in learning pricing policies. Recently we’ve been ordering a side of salted caramel cold foam since we love to add it to our iced drinks. A side is considered a short cup of it. All of the Starbucks we’ve been to have charged us $1.25 for this side which is totally reasonable. Not too long ago this Starbucks decided that the cost of a short cup of foam should be $4.95. We obviously did not pay for it and contacted the district manager who confirmed the cost of the side should be $1.25.We stopped by today because as I mentioned it is the most convenient location for us and their new “policy” is to charge the price of a latte ($4.95) plus the $1.25 for a short cup of the foam. That is insane.
Love this Starbucks but they close their doors 30 mins early frequently which sucks :( just happened to me again today 6/10/22

I love this location. It seems I always get good service at the drive thru with no exceptions. Gladly to pay a premium price for my drink when the service keeps up.
so I come to this location everyday and get the same thing! SMALL DARK ROAST WITH 8 SUGARS CREME/ ALMOND MILK I really don't understand how you let a customer go through your line twice unsatisfied! very disappointing...
Been to this location twice this week. Ordered the same thing both times. You just can’t get it right. Will go out of my way to avoid this location.
