A Starbucks with no coffee! Are you kidding me. So disappointed. Should have known since there were no cars in the drive thru.

I’ve contacted corporate about this store location closing way too early even before closing time without an explanation. I always get turned down and away almost every single night way before closing time stating that they are closed without any reason and without turning off the store lights. This is the only store in the green Valley Ranch are that closes at 11pm and it’s very disappointing they are always doing this to customers. I hope they can make a change to this store and if anyone else has experience this I suggest contacting the corporate office they also have online chatting to make it easier and faster.

Ordered a caramel frapp. with an extra shot, the drink came out almost white. 15 minutes after I mobile ordered it and had to ask if it was made yet seeings my sandwich was already on the counter cooled off. When I asked if they remember the extra shot bc it was light, and it's not a new order for me. I was told yes then got a mouth full of sugar for my first sip. Hardly taste coffee. When I wanted more coffee...
I placed a mobile order so that my order would be ready in a hurry. The order was 10 minutes later than predicted and the barista, David, needed to be reminded twice about the order.
Coffee is not that great, but space is wonderful to sip some coffee and get work done

If you hate your job: level up, do better. Don't take it out on your customers. Forgot to tip going in the drive thru so I'm guessing that's why my order was lackluster.
I have only used the drive-thru at this location, but I love it. Even when they have long lines, they move fast, we have never had an issue with an incorrect order & the staff is always kind.
Ordered mobile & my order was made in 40 mins. What’s the point of ordering ahead with you take 40 mins to make one drink?
