You have to make sure they didn't forget to use a stopper if you do not want your coffee all over yourself and car by the time you get through the parking lot. They have to know their entrance and adjacent parking lot are in need of repair, but years gone by and nothing has been done.

Too bad you can't leave a negative star. Service doesn't get worse than this! If you like to have eyes rolled at your order, (a reasonable non-complcated order), want to be told you should have water and not need to order it and not request it (this was for a client), and be put in a position of being gaslighted and borderline abused... this is the place for you! Especially stay away from the blonde ponytail/bun chick, she'll rip your head off with her nasty comments and eye rolling. Store was filthy on top of that... don't touch anything here... you'll get sticky! I wish I could go back in time and never have gone in there. Starbucks has really gone downhill overall lately and it makes me sad.

I love the coffee but at Buckley Road they do not care about walk INS. Drive through is the foucs. Sad magement. 8 people for drive through. Just peer Stupidity????? The ladies they are not nice and do NOT LIKE THE JOBS THEY HAVE!!!!!
The coffee they make is fine. I'm more upset the fact they say they open at 430am. I'm there at 445am and no one is there. Multiple times this has happened. Staff is always rude. I recommend going to the one on Mississippi and Abilene. Open on time and always nice!
I mean it's Starbucks, and I don't mean that in a condescending way, But for a Starbucks this one has great staff, super friendly, and never messes up my drinks. Ask for the young woman with the Killua Tattoo she's cool, so is the majority of everyone else here. Line's are always busy because that should be expected.
I ordered an iced Macha latte Grande lite ice And I noticed it had a lot of foam so I decided that I wasn't going to drink anything out of it and I was gonna let all the foam go down to see what I was left with so I went into target and came back out back out and this is what I was left with never had an issue at this Starbucks I'm not sure what's going on but this is not okay...
At first everything I asked for they did not have. The worker was breaking up on the speaker. Customer services is always a work. I got my hot tea medicine ball. The tea did not come easy.
This place is a hit or miss. I order the same thing every day but this Starbucks usually only gives me half a cup of coffee instead of the full venti. I usually stop here cause it’s closer to my home but I’ll stick with my regular Starbucks if it means getting what I pay for
The only reason for this review is due to a bag tearing during delivery as the bag was not sealed to good plus sometimes the receipt is not attached to bag. Sometimes just a name is written on bag. But I had a delivery for two orders, 1 bag store and 1 bag had no name or receipt on bag. I think the guy was new that packaged both bags. Sorry but it made me look bad to customers.
