Honestly this is a great Starbucks. I genuinely do not get the negative reviews. Maybe the store has an off day here and there but that’s every business anywhere you go. The staff is nice as hell and the coffee is hot, Wi-Fi works good, not dirty at all to be perfectly honest like some reviews indicate. I really think some of the negative reviews are just from people having a bad day.

My biggest complaint about this Starbucks location is how dirty it is all the time. The staff has always been okay to me, but the inside and outside of the place makes you want to grab your drink and go somewhere else. I feel that the number one thing about a food place is for it to be clean.
The customer service at this location is exceptional! I just moved to Colorado and stop by this location on my way to work. The last 2 times I came in, Barklin had my drink ready before I even reached the counter to order. That is great customer service! Thank you Barklin and the rest of the Starbuck's team at this location.
I experienced patience and kindness from Greg that made me make this my go to Starbucks. Plus they have made every drink correctly (Seattle born so I am quite picky).
Great location, Great Starbucks but one thing I noticed is that the employees are rude to certain individuals. I hope it's not bc my skin is brown but overall nice place
They stay open later than most so that's a huge bonus!! Fast service and the drinks are always made right. Friendly service.
Can someone show this store how to make Carmel latte at lease? This is my second time having nasty cold latte ever. To spend $5:70 for nothing worth is hurting ?. I will never order hear again.
As with most establishments this Starbucks was experiencing shortages of products to make coffees that were on their menu. Service was consistently good with other Starbucks in the area.
I come here often when the Starbucks inside Safeway is closed. Every time..my drink is made differently even when I order it the same way every time I come there. Today 1/1 I sent my boyfriend to grab one for me and he knows exactly what I get. He brought it back (ordered a venti) and my coffee cup was a little over half way full..if that. And they did not make what was ordered at all. Called and asked for manager and all she had to say was “thanks for letting me know, I’m sorry”! We paid $7 for a coffee..least the store could do was make it right and give me what I paid for. Trash!
This place is generally a hot mess with staffing issues and lack of management support it seems, but an employee Tiff has been amazing with always being so nice, making amazing drinks and providing top notch service, regardless of the situation. Keep this gal around for sure!
