Drove thru ordered 2 drinks 2 protein boxes. Food was fresh coffee was good. Staff was super friendly!

It is all about GREAT customer service. Public places should make ALL customers feel welcome and warm. No I did not receive this here. I LOVE Starbucks medicine ball drinks.
I normally have a good experience at every Starbucks but this one is outstanding!I didn’t catch her name but the woman with red curly hair is wonderful.
Always friendly and always get my order correct! The drive through is a challenge for some of the younger drivers. It's seldom I have to wait long at this location, would definitely recommend.
Sat in the trap of a drive thru for more than 20 mins only to pull up to the window and see the people in the back laughing and on their phones while they have a line backed up to the best buy. My Danish was cold and frozen in the middle and the coffee tasted like a reused shot of expresso watery and bland. The GM of this store needs to get the staff in order.
Went to the drive through for 2 pup cups. The line moved and wasn't too bad. The cashier was friendly and loved my dogs.
Extremely disappointing! Took over 40 minutes to get to the drive through window. Each customer had over 7 minutes at the window. There was an issue with each customers drink order! Absolutely unacceptable! No accountability for their mistakes and very long wait times! Don't spend your money at this location. I ended up not even getting my order. I'll go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!
Drinks were made incorrectly, no customer service at the drive thru window, charged for ingredients that I did not receive in my drinks. I understand that it was busy, but the barista that took my order made sure to get it written out correctly, but was not made correctly.
Staff was so helpful in accommodating my needs; especially when my flight was cancelled; they allowed me to rebook my same room without a hassle! I was so thankful!
If I could leave no stars I would, first of all they are all into the talking the conversations not caring if you are waiting in line, second of all they give you your drinks messy not even cleaned up. Has to clean my own drink and of course only a few napkins had to ask for extra napkins because 2-3 wasn’t enough for the stickiness on my cup and the drippingness. Gave me my cake pop melted.They need to improve there customer service with less talking to each other or people they know and hurry with the drinks/orders.
